And chance "Sierra" is the generic name for the large area used for the course maker, and not a specific track?

GT Academy, Senna, Good Wood, Moon Missions...those are are special events. Logically you have to connect the dots, unless you can't.

Yes, so it might be a special event on this track. If it's a track that they created.

If you can follow (unless you can't).

I imagine such a long track will be divided in training sections - just like Nordschleife was divided in GT PSP.

    Full lap at the end.

For course maker, I will classify it in "tools".

But why not? I prefer to be cautious ....

It can be a special event on the circuit .... As Nurb 'in GT5.

    I hope news soon :)

my worry is that, like the lunar courses, you may not be able to time trial it and it might just be a special event type thing

As for the reasons "why" - it may be the nature of the updates. They perhaps wanted to release the VGTs first, wait a day or two, hotfix everything and then release the track in a more stable environment.

A quick google search reveals there is a Sierra road and it looks stunning, surely course maker.

I don't mean to dampen your hopes, but Sierra just means mountain or mountain range in Spanish. So google will find lots of places called 'Mountain Road'. Unless I'm misunderstanding you and you have some other information about the course maker.

There is no official name for it. The community given name is Zahara.

So does this mean that these cars no longer randomly choose to [seemingly] floor the throttle when going a little off into the grass or runoff causing an almost-saved car to career wildly out of control anymore? That would be a very welcome change... or was that a separate "aid" unrelated to the annoying removal of control over my throttle when turning tightly?

So sorry about off-topic guys, but can you find any online rooms at the Open Lobby? Many people can't find anything

The real environment is called Zahara de la Sierra. It's one and the same.

You're also forgetting the senna update came with the vgt Mitsubishi, so:

    -4 cars
    -2 edited tracks
    -an entire special event section
-tons of hd photos in several slide shows
-and two hd videos (senna and vgt)

And that was 1gb. There is definitely something else in this update

Sierra Special Stage or Super Special?

I do hope we can edit our own layouts or something, I'm dying to get my hands on the Course Maker, the track is listed as andalusia.Circuito de la Sierra.

Isn't this where they showed off Course Maker?

I can confirm this is unfortunately true:

This should pretty much be a good example of how a "Partnership" does not automatically mean license.

    Best answer ever

No changes in tools or any hidden cars.

GSR Hatsune Miku BMW '12 is still in the list but there was never any data for it.
