(Sony EU posted oct 12 for the spec II release. US gran Turismo website says one hour maintenance near midnight ET tonight. All patches release after hour long maintenance.)

well the maintenance here is 3am till 4am i guess the DLC will be any time after that, if so will be 4 hours 15 mins at the earliest

The maintenance and release of Spec II don't have to coincide. The scheduled maintenance is most likely just getting their equipment ready for Spec II. I'm sure when it is available, their system will be flooded with all of our giddyness. I would assume that Spec II will either come out the following day as scheduled, or later (you know how PD can get). But I am hoping for the scheduled date of the 11th.
