I like the first one more.
Just a constructive thought though: in each image you have areas which aren't like the rest. I'm talking about the upper left part in the second image, and the four blocks of dark colour above the Lambo in the first image. They're kind of distracting from the central subject, and they lead the eye away from what I see are the core values and sections of the image.
Of course, if that was the effect you were looking for, then cool, but as I say, it's kind of distracting.
