we have al seen lots of car lists for gt4..however some are bull**** and some are real..unfortunatly i cant tell the difference...so will the veilside 99 anniverary supra deffinetly be in the game??

Imagine just HOW good the MkIV Supra looks. Now imagine that you're designing a bodykit for it (so you're an idiot to start with) and have had an epileptic fit, while still holding the pen.

Veilside are evil, and every single person who works for them deserves diarrhoea.

veilside is supposed to be in, but i'm not sure man.

It gets worse... Check out the back...

It's no coincidence that "Veilside" is an anagram of "Dies Evil"...

I mean, WHY would you want to replace this already perfect rear-end?

Fools!

Personally I'd like to see some veilside (as well as others) bodykits in the game. The Japanese 90's sports cars left a great deal to be desired in terms of looks (rx7 excepted :D )
I think most modifications to the front end of the supra are for the better, obviously not the abomination above, but most...

I will, however, admit to liking the looks of some veilside kits, like the streetdrag R34 kits, which people (who must have better eyesight than me) compare to a catfish

Well, you could want to replace that rear wing with something better looking...

Though, i have to say, the TRD widebody kit (aka 3000GT) is extremely fine looking.

I'd like to see more complete tuner cars, not just bodykits.

yeah i think veilside took it a little to far, what were they drinking when they designed that:confused:

and why would u want to alter the rearend of a Supra, its so beautiful:D

How are they evil? Is it b/c the have the quickest GT-R in the world? Or the second fastest GT-R in the world?

I don't like the Anniversary Supra much. I like their Evolution Supra more. Gullwing doors, not such an outrageous body kit. It looks WAY better. Plus it's in the traditional VeilSide Silver. Believe me, it looks WAY better than the Anniversary one. And if VeilSide really is in the game, they better be DAMN sure to include the Street Drag GT-R-34.

IIRC the fastestm GTR is still the HKS drag R33 GTR.
However, the Veilside streetdrag is the fastest street registered GTR.

The Street Drag Skyline is second. I wish it were first. But I am certain that the JUN Skyline R-34 is holding the record. The VeilSide R-32 IS the quickest on street tires, and the quickest in the 0-300kp/h test. The HKS R-33 is quickest on slicks.

Thanks to www.exvitermini.com for the records info.

i dislike the veilside bodykits...they look the same no matter which car u get it for. idunno bout their engine mods tho

Veilside street drag.........mmmmmmmmmmm
I like the Veilside Millenium Supras looks. I also like the power. 1001hp Twin Turbo :trouble::trouble:

*edit* And don't flame me. It's my own opinion. Everyone has there own tastes.

VeilSide is a good company. They offer more than WIND TUNNEL TESTED aero kits. In other words, they are effective. Full line of engine parts, hell, their titanium teardrop muffler system (cat-back) weighs 10 pounds. Everything they make is efficient. So of course lots of them look the same.

They even have VeilSide jeans for $25.

the only stuff Ive ever seen from veilside are extremely ugly kits. yeah, I know they make fast cars, but they confine them in STUPIDLY UGLY body kits. I FOR SURE HOPE VEILSIDE WONT BE IN GT4...

You don't HAVE to drive the car. I'm a Japanese import person, and I would rather drive an Acura ITR than a Z06 for the American cup races. I won all the races. Like I said, you won't have to drive the car unless they have a VeilSide Cup. If they do, and I doubt they will, don't come crying to me.

do you really think all the **** they put on their kits is all functional? Honestly i think Black Widow makes nicer looking stuff...

Honestly there isn't anything you could do to make it look better than stock. Unless you made it looks like a Porsche 993 or something.

What's funny is that VeilSide has a Porsche that they modified.

And on the functionality of the kits. That's the coolness of VeilSide. They are for show, and they are effective. It all boils down to a matter of taste. If you like a ricer company like Black Widow, than so be it. Sometimes looks is the price you pay to get effective downforce. But I think VeilSide achieves downforce with unique style. Kits from Bomex, GTP Motorsports, Mazdaspeed, TRD, Nismo, whatever you buy from may not have the prettiest kits. But they are effective in some manner, whether it be saving weight, adding better cooling, or decreasing drag. It all depends on what you want your car to be. If you want it to be low and weigh a bunch, go with a kit that costs $800 for the whole thing. If you want yours with a purpose, look into it to go beyond looks. With all the major tuner companies in Japan, form follows funtion.
