Now where is Acidman??
Not online. He hardly ever comes online. I've talked to him like 3 times. He also said he almost never comes here.

I think doing "distribution anywhere other then vice port will cost you more time then you would save by doing it anywhere else. I generally hang out right in front of the Pay n spray there-- and will just keep collecting til I see a cop or get a 3rd star then clear it in the pay n spray--the dock users are plentiful and good customers.
That's the method I use, no other Pay 'n' Spray has people spawn near it so often.
Spuds
I'd maybe try it at or near the pay n spray in Little Haiti and see how fast the Haitians buy--I don't think they are as plentiful and hang in groups in stead of being all over.
Tried it. Not as good. Still the second best place to do it, but not nearly as good as Vice Port.

I have few records. (All my others are blown away by these -_-)

Safehouse visits: 250
Daily Police Spending: 48 533.00
Bullets that hit: 15 406 (Big difference with the first :) )
Max INSANE jump distance: 215 meters
Max INSANE jump height: 335 meters (Super Jump/Packer Super Jump)
Max INSANE jump rotation: 31115° (Super Jump/Packer Super Jump)
Longest wheelie Time: 1595 seconds
Longest wheelie Distance: 17 326.72 meters
Longest Stoppie Distance: 1010.49 meters
Longest 2 wheel time: 72 seconds
Longest 2 wheel distance: 508.23 meters
Best Percentage of hit for shooter: 100%
Sprayings: 45

That's all! (For now (I think) )

I don't think I have #1. I know thta I have 2-3 #2, but no #1. (Good for me, beacause I can't get screenshots form them. (I don't have USB socket on my PC) )

Updated-- you did tie a #1(100% on the shooter) but no worries-- the real purpose of the screenshot is to verify unbelievable records-- that one is believable and was done before.

Also I've verified a few records (un morphed rotation and cone crazy time) by having the person share the method of getting it, and then I try it and if I feel that it is possible to get it (by getting it at least close) then I will give the person a #1 for it-- so if you get a record with a special method and want it posted, you will have to share the method.

Oh, I forgot that tie.

But it's not diffucult to get 100%. The percentage is Bullets That hit divided by Bullets Fired. So you d'ont need to shoot all your bullets.

NOTE: This can't be done after getting 100%. (You have infinite bullets, so the bullets you shoot aren't "comptabilized", so you always get 0% :guilty: )

BTW, how did you manage to do that 10 seconds Cone Crazy time without moving cones? (Talking to Jimmy E.)

That's what I did. It's very convenient having the pay n spray there and it's also fast. I'd sometimes have 4-5 people at a time at the truck.

Fastest Time to complete the storyline- 2:58

I didn't think I could do it that fast. I did exactly what I was going to do except I was extremely fortunate with the landstalker. When I completed pole postion, there was a rancher outside so I hopped in there and I guess when you enter some cars it tends to spawn similar cars, and I happened to find a landstalker while crossing the bridge. After that I think I only had about 14 minutes for cap the collector and keep your friends close to break 3 hours. I had to do them both in a row with out saving or I didn't think I'd break 3. I ended up dying a few times on Keep your friends close so I'd have to redo both of the missions again. When I finaly beat it I had 2:58, so I probably could have saved. I wish I could verify this somehow.

Oh, I also wanted to add something strange. In the file I used for this, under the stat "highest vigilate level" it says 500, which is my highest level on my main save file. I havn't done even 1 vigilate level in this file. Weird eh?

Yep there is a glitch on the vigilante if you restart from a previous save--it doesn't reset everything--sounds similar to the purple nines glitch in GTA3.

Mine always says I've completed 12-- it doesn't give you the 150 armor

I know there is no easy way to prove your time but I believe you got it-- I'm assuming you are approaching the limit though. My 3:32 was with plenty of saves and I redid a couple of missions (that I failed but which I knew I could beat it again pretty fast) rather then reload and have to redo 3-4 missions.

Just curious where you found the Idaho when you did SSA's (if you remember).

Updated---

I found the Idaho when I was taking Lance to the hospital during Death Row. I was almost into to the pink marker when I noticed it, so I got out and stole it (with lance) before completing the mission.

Plus, it's mainly for outright records, although very good records that have been tied require screenshots.

Like with me and my Cone Crazy record.

Well, I've explained a few pages back my method. It's basically the same method, you just have to pretty much perfect it. I also use the Stallion alot (it's in my garage, and I drive it all the time), so I know very well how it handles. And the fact that I like cars that handle crappy is a bonus.

Start of with the back of youThe most important part to perfect is the ramps. If you can get a nice jump and landing, and just shave the last checkpoint so that you barely get it, it should be fine. Also, the bounce off the wall after the ramps is kind of important, but not as much.

Records Update for Deli Dingo:

Highest Criminal Rating: 342,108
Planes & Helicopter Destroyed: 4067
Bullets Fired: 31,916
Bullets That Hit: 26,118
Longest 2 Wheels Distance: 229.32 meters
Fastest Time on RC Raider (Helicopter) Pickup: 4:39
Property Destroyed: $42,239,364

Maybe one more update after this. . .

i had a bit of a stint this arvo and managed to make some headway in the Vice city racing.

Ocean Drive: 0:56
Border Run: 1:11
Capital Cruise: 1:30

and for the hell of it i got 0:45 on terminal velocity (same as my best) so im sure i can get another second at least of it and the ones i just posted are able to be improved (stupid traffic) its good to race early in the morning when its still dark i belive, some times no cars at all load or show on the roads.

oh spuds my weapon budget is $5,702,190 not $702,190 lol

PS2 im using, i find any night time to be a good time, about 0800 is bad and 1700 is bad also as thery are heaps of cars, best times are 1900 to about 0700 ish, for me anyway, make sure its not raining as well lol

Id liek to know KM's technique as though those times are reachable they are very fast and need to be mistake free runs (nearly impossible)

Not impossible though. KM just seems to know all of the shortcuts, and just seems to have those perfect runs that most of us dream of. Those Helicopter Checkpoint times are crazy. I could probably reach one of them, but the rest are insane. It's all about how you fly the chopper, not the route you take, and obviously, he seems to fly it differently.

I made a video of an 11 second run using the method found by blake and jimmy (sorry if anyone else figured it out)--its on the vid clip page, link in my sig---its in WMV format.

In a nut shell, the stallion can drive between alot of the cones--I didn't realize this at first--its tight but it fits.

You start of driving south as fast as you can and grab the one behind the ramp that comes up to the roof, make a hard right hit the ramp at a decent speed and cut the corner so you get those 2 pretty fast--- head north toward the corner one, drive between the cone next to the wall and the one to its right--brake a bit as you approach so the car doesn't turn but sort of bounce off the wall--then back up the way you went in and get the one in the circle--thats it bu it takes a fair amount of practice.

Spuds.

ps I'll update later when I get some more time.

Oh, I made a 7 seconds By moving Cone for Cone Crazy.
And I have a 2300+ morphed rotation. (I'll edit when I have the right rotation)

EDIT: Rotation is 2308° for Morphed.

Some of my times were done by having a save game from before Alloy Wheels of Steel and using the Super Angel you can steal from the riders on that mission.

Here are my best times without using the Super Angel:

Terminal Velocity - 0:44 (Hotring Racer)
Ocean Drive - 0:51 (PCJ 600)
Border Run - 1:10 (Hotring Racer)
Capital Cruise - 1:28 (Hotring Racer)
Tour! - 1:58 (Hotring Racer)
VC Endurance - 3:59 (Hotring Racer)

Spuds725-> How did you manage to do that 4801° non-morphed rotation? I know that there is a video, but, like I said in the Super Jump thread, I can't see them.

I saw it on a stunt video I downloaded.

Park a PCJ at sunshine autos, now head over to vice port and find a flatbed--should be one parked at the end of the road--just keep going on the road from SSA to vice port and when you reach the last corner keep going straigt-- its parked right there. Drive this over to the airport and park it in back of one of those little runway marker ramps. When you exit it I leave the door open to be safe-- don't get in another car (it will make it disapear more then likely)--- run back to sunshine autos and grab your PCJ and drive it back to the airport--the flatbed should still be there--- now just keep hitting the ramp-- you might have to move the flatbed back occasionally-- but try popping a slight wheelie and turning a bit as you approach the ramp-- other then that its alot of luck-- you will fall off a fair amount-- I fallen off and actually had problems finding the bike (it flew so far away)--- I was usually going as fast as I can (doing the duck down trick). If your bike takes damage go back to SSA and heal it--- my flatbed did start smoking after a while but it lasted the whole time I tried.

I did it for at least 45 minutes a few weeks ago-- I had several in the 2000 range-- a couple over 3000 and then the one big one.

I've seen pics of other people getting 6000 on that and the vid I saw had I think 5200 on it.

I wish I had discovered that one but someone else did-- good luck.

Spuds.

I didn't really understand where to put the FlatBed. Could you post a pic please?
Last thing. If it's possible to do it unmorphed, it's also possible to do it morphed. No?

ah now that seems more possible, your times without the super angel are just a bit quicker than mine (couple of seconds). I wish i had the save before alloy wheels of steel but by the time i found out about the super angel i had already done it.

Do you think we should have racing times seperated by the super angel and teh rest of the cars or should it be the same? my question is based on the pcj600 and hotring are easly accesible but the super angel unless ppl restart some of their games will take a while to get.

I think it might be a little late in the game to be doing that-- if ever there is a record thread dedicated to street racing-- along the lines of the neoseeker "VC racer club" then it might be worth it to break it down.

When I suggest that thread I'm more akin to making it GTA racing more then just VC racing (ie adding Tourismo from III, and whatever races there are in GTA:SA).

I will add the vehicle used I think to the recordbook.

Also, it really doesn't take that long to get to "alloy.." I think you get the call for lovefist after shakedown and the first lovefist mission opens up Mitch baker missions-- I can't remember for sure.

Lemme look for a screenie koak...

**edit**
I couldn't find one that showed the flatbed location--only stat pics on the landing

If anyone has downloaded my vid-- you can post a pic of it by playing it, pause it as I approach the flatbed-- press print screen on your keyboard then paste it into any program that lets you see pics-- I'd do it but I can't view my vid here (I'm at work)--

I'll do it as soon as I can but I can't promise I'll have time to do it until Monday.

That's what I said to him on MSN. It won't take you long. Just don't get side-tracked with unnecessary sub-missions.

I don't think so. It's not really that big a deal. I think, like Spuds said, it's a bit too late. If something like that comes up in San Andreas, however, I'll probably do that.

yeh i suppose so, i cant be bothered to get the super angel so all my times will be on hotring or pcj600.

Ocean Drive: 0:55

Just a question: When you "Start a new Game", do you lose all your other saves.
If you do, there's is still a way to Start a new one, without losing them, but I'm sure everyone know it :).
