That view from Slade was weird. He was good but hit the brakes. May thought he was going too hot in the wall.

I don't usually like Tander but I must say, he has had a bit of an attitude change as of late.

Black flag car 1, unsafe re-entry exit of the Chase!

Move over please Canto...

Drive through for Whincup

Nice move Van Gisbergen on Pye. Pye's car looks really second hand

Well, with #22 down laps and it looks like it might be completely done now. I'm all on #33. Woo lets go Scotty!

Please let Scott through, Mr. Canto...

Pye demolished. Entering the chase, that must have been mental

Ouch, that was nasty! How on earth did that happen? Good to see that Pye's ok.

Is there going to be anyone left at the end?

What just happened?

Pye's lucky that whatever failed failed before he needed to turn in for the kink, otherwise it would've been a repeat of Fabian Coulthard in 2010. Very lucky.

The wonder kid from my home town leads once more 👍

With scott now first once this safety car ges he has to take off fast because van gis is coming!

Thank god that road block Canto is out of the way. Ooh and Percat up to 2nd, this pleases me.

Pye's earlier damage may have fractured the ball joint and when he crested, it just fell out. That's my take anyway.

I wonder if the Swede's are staying up to watch this!

Noonan or Skaife mentioned a Euro channel is broadcasting the race. I'm sure they are glued to the screen.

Scott Pye handled himself well there considering the circumstances.

Pye gets the Iron Man and B***s of Steel award for surviving head-on crashes, sideways in the air, 300kmh slides with wheels off into walls. He's been through it all.

Saw this on my newsfeed:

Any more stoppages and Safety Cars and this race will become the Bathurst 12 Hour...
