Yeah, maybe HRT should domthat Young Lions thing. Their best bet is to snatch a DVS driver at the moment. Johnson or Baird.
Well, the Fox Sports team isn't taking the idea too seriously by suggesting Skaife, Ingall or Crompton for a drive.

I'm sure James Phelps will let us know who will be lining up alongside Perkins on Tuesday.

Great start by McLaughlin. Pye also had a pretty good start.

Todd Kelly out. Broken left rear suspension. Speared right off the track. Safety Car out.

David Wall stopped on the entry of pitlane.

C'mon rain! That'll mix the strategies up even more.

There's an accident brewing in that train behind Van Gisbergen.
Too many hot headed egos. If they do come to grief, the Safety Car would spice it up just as much as the potential rain threat.

Rain is falling! The Red Bull's are fighting each other. Wood and Heimgartner off.

Heavy rain now. Safety Car is out.

Great. Missed the fantastic racing last year (while I was, incidentally, in Sydney) so this makes up for it.

Poor Pye. Qualified well but the strategy has killed him. He just had to restart his car and is now back down in 22nd.

And suddenly this is race has ignited into a frenzy.

PLP for car #4 - Safety Car Procedure.

These on-boards are absolutely insane!

Coulthard to second. Bright looks to be losing speed.

Moffat comes to a stop in the pitlane. Might be a battery problem.

Whincup is shown the Bad Sportsmanship Flag for exceeding track limits.

Van Gisbergen is using strange methods to cool the tyres by running into a small patch of grass on the main straight. Yep. He's gonna hurt someone or himself doing that.

What a tool. Van Gisbergen spins Bright.

Mostert wins, Coulthard in second and Bright in third.

Throw another name into the ring for Courtney's Sandown seat; Ryan Briscoe, or even possibly Patrick Long. Two names that could be in contention according to Fox Sports.
