Good for GRM to last the weekend.

Frosty slipping as usual. Bit, not his fault this tome. Just a bad call to start changing things. I fhink Pye being behind Frosty was a bit of trying to keep the piece by not passing him.

I thought Briscoe was unavailable.

Frosty got punted off by Lowndes and then hit by another car that bent his steering. He was much further up the order before that.

He was fine race 1, then race 2 wasnt great. They changed settings overnight. He mentioned he'd pinch Mosterts and Reynolds set up for the 200.

Obviously the early safety car on helped him get track position but great effort from Perkins to finish 11th in those condition's yesterday.

XBOX livery for DJR at all 3 PEC events.

Did codemasters ever have the rights to V8 Supercars or did they sell them ?

The last time codmasters used V8 Supercars was in Toca Race Driver 3 why did codemasters abandon everything ? Do they still have the rights to the DTM ?

To be honest and this is getting off topic but I glad CM lost rights and would like them to lose rights to all FIA license so a proper team can do it. They can keep WRC for dirt but other than that I don't think they do a great job, but that's just me.

Codemasters haven't made a good racing game sine Toca Race Drive 3.

I think Microsoft with Forza feature these cars the most outside iRacing, everything else is fan created content for PC sims.

The green is way too bright for me. Still think the best XBox livery was the one on the Ekstrom/Priaulx wildcard a couple of years back.
Throw another name into the ring for Courtney's Sandown seat; Ryan Briscoe, or even possibly Patrick Long. Two names that could be in contention according to Fox Sports.

Briscoe would be the more logical choice given his prior experience. Bit of an ask for Long on such short notice.

There was a Ford and a Holden V8 Supercar in Grid Autosport where they were called "Super Tourers".

Funny how I posted this not too long ago and then look what happens with the Forza 6 announcement.

Great racing, especially that 3rd race! Frosty is starting to slip and its a bit unusual. I know Race 3 wasnt his fault but he was pretty poor in the second race. Mostert is looking very ominous

Nice touch by Greg Rust at the end of Inside Supercars.

R.I.P Justin Wilson

It was nice.

Good having NC on the panel. Low tension with no Phelps. Not as hyper with Rhiana's high pitch voice. Seemed like a short review.

Captain obvious Phelps wasn't on? Might be worth checking it out then.

Nope. It was a quick hour though.

Not surprising, but, Courtney has ruled himself out of the Sandown 500, but is optimistic for a return come Bathurst.

So, canidates for Sandown would be Patrick Long, Ryan Briscoe, Russell Ingall, Grant Deyner, Steve Johnson, Craig Baird, Cameron McConville and Nathan Pretty. All are possible, and have been suggested by people in V8SC, etc.

Mark Skaife and Neil Crompton have ruled themselves out in the race for the seat, even though it wouldn't have been too likely for them anyway.

Johnson would be a solid choice, plenty of experience and he did a good job with Erebus when they partnered him with Engel a couple of years back.

He also led the race last year until he binned the #17 in same place mostert binned the #17 a year prior,

Baird is out of a seat because he said the price from Erebus wasn't enough.

Johnson has stayed active, lost weight and is ready to go. Would be, should be the first choice.

Steve J hasn't been far off the pace either when he's stepped in,

The die hard DJR fans would go bezerk if Steve Johnson drove for HRT!

Crompton mentioned back in the day, Perkins and Johnson drove a Ford together. Could happen. Though I don't they'd(HRT) do it for nostalgia's sake.

Ingall replaces Courtney.

Will be nice to see the surnames Perkins/Ingall on the side of a V8 once again.
