No budget for pro series. Vipers snd vettes are allow but have a 600hp cap.
 
But can we make an agreement that RX7 Spirit R is banned in both leagues? I think it's only fair.

There are faster cars than the fd. Why are people are so scared.
 
Actually there isn't within the rules! If you tune them right they will outrun ANYTHING that is street legal.

Did you ever see Gunz's FD? It will outrun my zr1 and the tune is as fast as it will go!
 
I say we ban zr1's rx7's and vipers.

But, the you can use the z06, the efini rx7 and the viper gts.

Smart idea?
 
I won't disagree but I won't agree on the viper. Even though I won't be using it, it isn't really all that fast..
 
Have you seen driftzz viper? It's super fast

But in the end keep out zr1's and spirit r rx7's, those were the cars that basically ruined first season of vdc.

Nah his car isn't that fast. I have faster cars that aren't any that you mentioned, banned or not. Alfa 8c, camaro, etc.

And for people with wheels, the viper gts is a very good car! I just foot use it because its fugly and way too high. And it also has a mean sound.
 
Vippers yes they are junks. The vette is a machine that belongs here.
 
I dont mind having them but they are being restricted to 600hp. So means you cant get much out of them vipers. or ZR1's.
 
When im in my ISF i'm not afraid of any Viper or Vette. Let them come *wicked grinn* :D
Definately with a 600 HP cap. Don't ban them, and show them we can kick their ass ;D

Yes. But only if we get a good sign up for both. Pro championship will only be 8.
 
I say we should keep it one Class. With one class and we had to cancel or postpone because of no show-up's, What about 2 Classes ...
And If you want restriction let it be 450hp and not 500hp/600hp (note even with 600hp the vipers and vettes are still fast cars ...) and we can make it JDMs Only or something like That ...

If I want to say what I Really want VDC3 to be, I'ld Say lets have a same car drift championship , each round has a different car for all. (from vipers and Vettes to MR2s & Honda beat)
I've read previous posts and I know you guys like variety and this is variety, we had 2 seasons with the Free choices of cars for all lets vary from that and have something different for Once
NOTE: ofcourse the Cars and tracks combination should be previously chosen and Planned By the orginizer so that the car can drift the specific track section ...)
 
No same car stuff :ouch: Fairness and equality ok but let the people express their style. HP limits around the 500 mark are fine and a budget limit and/or a list of cars that aren't allowed should complete it. Or make it 600HP, maybe more but ban all Vette's Viper's and the FD Spirit. These are the speed cheat cars, doesn't mean they make you win but they piss most of us off

Do something like:
*550HP limit
*60000cr limit
* Corvette's, Dodge Vipers, RX7's FD's not allowed.

And that will be fun! :D I dont want to drift the same car as everyone, that would be stupid imo. Imagine this irl :lol:

EDIT: And I think most of the people wont drift 350z's because of what we said earlier in this thread, people just wouldnt wanna be hated. :D

There is something Like this IRL its Called "Drift Master Series" where all participants were using hundai genesis.
And trust me its a very nice thing to have a same car battle ... tandems will be very close because the cars match, there and ONLY there the Driver will make the difference!

EDIT: and if you want to limit something you should limit PP or HP+weight not just HP alone
Ono , not very long ago me and Lerk were drifting 2002i and you were tryin to follow with a FR old Evo ...
Didnt you notice that we were able to run the same line and same angle no matter who lead and who followed ? and you were either flying ahead of us when you lead or hitting/spinning when chasing us?
The point is: having Same cars is not just about fairness ... its much much more fun and will result in really epic battles...

I kinda agree with bahaa. I Think the only car restriction should be only one car and then you can do whatever you like with that car. No hp restriction or anything.
