Sorry I got online a little late. Had some connection problems. Not many showed up regardless. No Mitch. No GT drivers... I hope we can have another practice session and actually have more than just 5 people in the lounge.

Quotes from your first post -

"Cars allowed:

Honda Civic RM 295 HP 1000 KG

Volkswagen Golf GTi RM 305 HP 1000 KG

Honda CRZ RM 295 HP 1000 KG

Mazda MX-5 RM 280 HP 940 KG"

Is the Integra on the list? I don't see it, yet some drivers were talking about using it.

"Better Regs to come soon."

When? Before the races start or during the season?

"You MUST Qualify with Racing Softs and any tires can be used during the race."

"You MUST start with the tires you used to qualify with.
You can use Racing Hards, Racing Softs, and Racing Mediums."

This could be simplified. So we can just use Soft tyres for the whole race?

That's what I meant by this not being ready for people to make an informed car choice and get useful testing data from pre season practice.
Hold a pre season race when you have a final car list decided and confirmed regs that equalise the cars. That way the result will give you a real indication of car performance over the race distance rather than it just being an extended test session.

You could maybe have a look at using a PP limit to regulate the TC class. That might take into account any flattened power curves, torque and drive type.

I'm still keen to take part in this, but the lack of turnout for the last session may be an indication that some people are getting the same impression as myself from the vague information in first post.

The Civic is a dog. No one will want to use it. So you can forget about that car. The Integra RM/ CRZ-TC/ MX5 TC are the only cars that are competitive. The GOLF RM is in line with the Civic. The only thing would be allowing it with more HP. Which would give it a chance at tracks like Monza. You can choose between Medium and Soft tires. Choose which one you want to qualify on. But you'll start the race on the type of tires you qualified on. You must use both types of tires- Mediums and Softs- in the race. And depending on the race distance there will be a set minimum amount of laps you have to run the medium tires. The Mazda can reach 286hp when broken in. Seeing as it's down on power, it should weigh less than the other TC cars. So 940kg or 950kg. The CRZ is very good all around but it's dominant with too much power, So 290hp 1000kg. The Integra should be at 295hp 1000kg. The other cars are pathetic, if you want to run them though we can see what can be done for them (which isn't much).

Oh guys, I finally hit my breaking point with the r8 lms... I'm going to the roadster tc car now. Think that that class is the gt class.

Roadster is Touring car class. Also, you should stay in GT so we can get a bigger variety of cars.

If you use the Panoz I suggest sending ballast to the rear end, unless you can drive it with it's nose being heavy. I'm surprised you want to switch from the R8LMS. Maybe you should try the Lamborghini Diablo GT-1. It's mid engined but it behaves a bit different from the R8. Same with the Citroen GT race car.

I won all the races and the championship of the Dream Car championship on A-spec, but it didn't give me the Citroen GT! :grumpy: This is yet a car I haven't collected.

Best events for money to buy things? Nurburgring Seasonal Event using a 650pp car. If you can do a 6:20.XXX then you'll be getting 500,000 cr. (1 mil with the 200% bonus). Note: The event is a race, but doing the time mentioned should guarantee you the win easy, even against the BMW McLaren F1 GTR.

Okay thanks. I haven't got a chance to Sign in lately. How much is the Citroen GT? Something like 6 million cr?

Do the ticket trick. Use a saved game to a flash drive and keep loading that till you get your desired car from a ticket.

Going to bump this thread. I'll be on all week for those looking for some practice. This isn't a dead series guys! Practice race will be on this Saturday at 1:30 p.m. eastern time.

I'm interested in participating on event endurances. is posible?

We might be out of spots now....bit don't worry nebat! I don't think Filip is going to race.

I've noticed that there are more slots left, If It's needed we could race with RM, If there aren't avaliable GT500 slots. I speak for nebat either, we are friends and I'm showing him GTP Website.
