artic, i have yet to race more than 500hp on the wangan and i am anti veyron. I was just saying cap it at 850 or something. But dont call it unlimited was all i was saying....

I guess that makes more sense. Myself and drift260z were talking 1000 hp limit with weight restriction, or something along those lines. He's got fastest car on the wangan right now, and as much fun as it is to win, it's not fun at the top by yourself. If we cap the top class, it'll bring more competitors and keep out the overly retarded cars, at least thats the plan.

why not just have the lower classes, one capped at 1000, and one unlimited? That way everyone is happy?

Yeah i like this idea. Because if not when people start getting more $ every car will basicly be veyrons and rediculously (sp). Upgraded vipers zondas and lambos
 
yea. but I agree with the previous poster, don't call it the "unlimited class". I figure we could either go with just bluntly "1000 Class" or something. if you wanted to get all Engrish on it, you could do "Class Super Fast Take Off Speed", or "Ultimate Grand Car Battle Class".....lol
 
Maybe it's time to start brainstorming ideas for events so we can start planning out how much money were going to need in the long run to help support our Wangan addictions haha.
 
Dang every night to have something planned? Since the Tsukuba Time Attack group is now starting to get active, I need to spread my time out for school after work. And all these new clubs / groups to be active in haha.

Maybe we should make a list of active members and they're respected time zones so we can start planning out times to meet up.

I get on whenever I can but since I am on my last 6 classes of school that comes first along with work. If someone is online when I get on then thats good, if not o well. I do wanna get together when you have big groups like you did though but thats if time allows.

I think he was saying he wasn't sure if he spelled 'aggressive' correctly. He just needed an S, but I think we can all agree to what he was saying. That is a mean looking ride.
 
Ok, This is how it's going to go.

Horse power classes,

400 is not the final number any thing in between is fine.
(400= to 499) hp.

Cars mentioned below are not only applied to one class, any car can race in a class as long as it within that set horse power limit. They are just examples

Class 1 200(mildly tuned entry level sports cars mostly Front wheel drive) Weight comes into effect here.
class 2 300(extensively tuned entry level sports cars, honda civic, toyota celica)
class 3 400 ( mildly tuned entry sports cars ie: toyota supra or a stock Ferrari F430.
class 4 500(progessively tuned sports cars, mildly stock super cars.
class 5 600( extensively tuned sports cars, Super cars( ford GT, Viper Srt10)
class 6 700( highly tuned sports cars, ie nissan skyline GTR R34, Toyota supra, stock exotics.
(Note: if your horse power rating is atleast 780 or more your car is considered class 7
class 7 800 and up(Extremely tuned sports cars, Hyper cars ( Zonda R, No veyron.
Nothing over 1000. Lets keep it realistic.

Special class "Veyron class" Limited to only veyron usage. no other cars permitted in this class.


Classes only limited to production car usage only, No race cars, :IE no escudo, no rally cars, no (Just want to keep it realistic)

Tire restrictions:

Class 1(sport-Race)
Class 2(sport-race)
Class 3(sport-race)
Class 4(sport-race)
Class 5(sport)
Class 6(sport)
Class 7(Sport-race)

Weight class.

Class 1( unlimited)
Class 2(unlimited)
Class 3( level 2)
Class 4(level 2)
Class 5(level 2)
Class 6(level 1)
Class 7(unlimited).

Any recommendations are welcome.

I don't have it yet, how much HP does it have?
I haven't really gotten the chance to build a pure Wangan car, so I may not be your best match up.

So, now I have to lock this thread while I clean up after all the laziness from the rule-breakers amongst you, spoiling it for the people who stick to what is acceptable in the process.


Edit: Good going. 273 posts which fell below the minimum standard of posting (or which were quoting posts which did) at GTPlanet out of just the last 501 posts. This is unacceptable on every possible level of the meaning of unacceptable. This time your posts have been deleted and the thread locked and restored afterwards. Next time I'm not going to be so nice as to deliver a warning, nor bother deleting and restoring the thread. If you can't keep your club above the barest minimum standard, it will not be permitted to continue.
