cars above 1 million credits are not tradable

You would need to get them from tickets there is a list of what cars come from what tickets here >>>>

The three cars you are after can be had with a Lvl 23 ticket. You can trade for the ticket. You will need to back up your game save on a USB drive before you open the ticket. If you don't get the car you want, quit the game and reload the save, open the game and try the ticket again until you get what you are after.
The Lvl 23 ticket has 23 or 24 cars available on it so it may take some time loading and reloading to get the one you want.
