Nice update. They also optimized it better. My FPS seriously improved on the tanks.
 
I need to play tanks on Eastern Europe to see if it still struggles when I'm in the city. Sometimes it even crashed out to the ps4 menu.

I'm liking the flight model changes. The planes I flew so far will get hot and stay hot if you abuse he WEP.

Yep my P-400 was at 106*C :lol: The air battle we did. I was on/off WEP-70% soon as I got the warning input the throttle down.
 
It is called WEP for a reason. Use it as a boost but otherwise keep the throttle at 100%

This :\. My F6F overheated at 105*c at 100% Throttle and when i needed to use WEP.. engines died :\
 
Yeah, not a good idea to use WEP when the engine is already overheated. In our match last night, I nearly killed the engine in the Hurricane because of the negative G dive starving the floats in the carb. Guess I was a bit too aggressive on that divebomb I did.

You don't need it for more than 30 seconds usually.

I am speaking about realistic and simulator battles though. In arcade the temp doesn't matter.

If you are overheating then find a safe bit and turn the engine off with I for 10 seconds or so. If it doesn't reduce the heat then you have radiator damage.
 
It's happening without damage, and I don't have my controls mapped for that on PS4.

Then just reduce the throttle to 0% for a bit.
Also it doesn't damage it immediately. It takes a bit of time.

Now to try and get this bad boy upgraded... 10 sec turn ratio sounds like a very good idea, can't wait to improve it further.
 
Anyone else having problems? Couldn't load into a game for like 2 minutes (kept me in the vehicle select screen) and I couldn't activate my 75% RP booster.

Didn't see nothing like that on my side. Aside from a sudden freeze moment during one of my battles (which fixed itself quickly), no loading problems happened.
 
Took a bit to log in on PS4 just now.

As for WEP.. I guess I'll stop using it for takeoffs and climbing.
 
Just to confirm this; is the new "daily award" feature based by the day we log in? I mean, we have to log in at least once per day to keep the combo going, correct?

Correct. Think of it as a facebook game or GT's log in bonus.

Ok, thanks for clarifying that. Just wanted to be sure. So, if I log tonight after midnight, I'll get the "Day 2" bonus, right?

Technically maybe. The servers reset at a weird time. For example my 2x bonus always reset at about 7:30PM EST. I don't know what that would mean for you though.

Hum... So what time actually rules the combo's period? Russian time, perhaps?
 
The reset is just like GT6, midnight GMT.

Also, the damage model is impressive. I know it wasn't updated for the Hurricane, but I just had the elevators shot cleanly off. Something I've not seen before.

If you say so... I'll try to log on after midnight to check if I get the combo up to "Day 2" then.
 
Good games @GT_Saint. That match in Korea.. I think we came pretty close to colliding a few times, but I was doing my best to keep myself out of your way so we didn't collide.
