It really is just for a laugh. No harm intended.

He should be put in jail for the torture he put his face through. Some parts of his face don't even look human, like the nose and cheek bones. Why didn't he just stay black? There is nothing wrong with black people, they have skills just like whites. Very basic saying there, but I believe you can get the jist of it.
