No, thanks
I went to the GT Auto with my 513 Bhp Chevelles , washed it and when I went to garage , he had 545 bhp :odd:

I didn't touched anything , just went to wash it ..

I don't know what to say to that, but I don't believe you :)

Okay...

If I was lying why would I creat this thread ?

In fairness, it is quite hard to believe. Do you have any pictures?

Maybe you had dirt slightly blocking the exhuast

Washing does give you like 1% of more top speed (someone tested this, can't remember who) but certainly doesn't give you more power.

I already did it soo How can I take pictures ? :/

OK8

True, but this could just be a minor glitch as well.

Yes , maybe just a glich , if I try other car, may not happend :/

Wash n go?

There is no way washing a car would give you 42 extra horses.

Oh come on guys everyone knows when you wash a car it gains self confidence, therefore HP. :P

On a more serious note... Yeah probably just a one time glitch.

It's the placebo effect and nothing more imo...Besides every other hp increasing process will show you the consequences,hp and pp increase, of using said action.I believe it's all in the mind of the person using it.

Don't think it's quite 1% but it is true that washing a dirty car will give you slightly higher top end.💡

read back backup!!
Or test it with other cars and see what happends, if it cannot be reproduced, either: you were sleeping / have no proof...

Maybe your PS3 got confused between the wash & oil change functions?

if you dont feed a horse for seven days it becomes week

you will need more of them

I've never had this experience with horsepower, but I have noticed that when I switch to a car I haven't driven in ages, the performance points go up a bit. If you don't check before and after you get in a car, and then go do something in GT auto, it may look like your points went up. I'm pretty sure this would be due to a patch which doesn't come into effect until you get in the car, which would save on initial loading time after the patch was applied.

According to science, if it can't be reproduced it didn't happen.

(or it happened, but it was not caused by what you think it was)

It could also be some quantum mechanics ghost that's haunting your PS3. I bet it's that Schrödinger's cat again.

Some cars seems to update in PP for whatever reason, as for HP, if you don't touch certain cars or see a certain screen with a "number" like HP that can go up or down, I think the game freezes it until a certain screen allows the number to be updated.

For example, in the UCD, cars with no weight shown or "x" number of HP and suddendly, in your garage, it usually has way more than presented before buying.

Tough to explain until you experience it yourself.

Your game must be glitched, maybe oil change cleans your car?

Or maybe GT Auto was running a special. Buy a car wash, get a free oil change. :sly:

This is a strange 1 not heard of this before, @ OP you sure your not making it up just to up your posts! 💡 Troll comes to mind

It cleans the engine making for more efficient combustion i guess.
