I don't recall having a power increase with washing, but it does have an extremely tiny benefit of 1km/h added to the top speed for the first run after you wash it. Only useful for Route X Speed tests...

Were you of a clear mind when this happened? One too many drinks or maybe some other mind altering substance? Just seems to me the most logical thing happened was you did and oil change thinking you clicked on car wash.

Sometimes, the bhp output that's displayed from the garage menu does'nt always keep up with all mods you do to the car..

I.e, my car have 550 bhp, then I enter the settings menu, and with the use of the power limiter I reduce the Bhp to 500.. It still says 550 in the garage menu..

Perhaps this is what happened to you?
