Ooh - good question.
I know my gene set has the capability to go past 100 - provided I look after myself. This might sound bizarre for someone whose parents didn't get to sixty, but both sides of the family have got late 80's and 90's in there, and Mum and Dad smoked and died from smoking related causes.
Hence my current battle to get fit (accomplished) and lean (close!).
So, I intend getting into triple figures - and I'll still be bodyboarding when I'm 90 (probably not very well, but hey, as long as I'm out there!).
The people who've gone on to respectable numbers were still mentally pretty sharp (and I remember my great grandmother at 96, tongue uninhibited by respect for elders, giving very sharp retort to various people - classic when it's your old man taking a verbal hiding!), so as long as I'm fit, I figure I'll be right.
Better than the alternative, anyway.
And as for how I'll go out...
Mmm, preferences in the following order:
- sexual exhaustion
- enormous accident in someone else's very expensive car
- spontaneously combust
