The Bobs are a kinda-jazzy a capella group of three men and a woman. They do great originals and covers of everything from Cream to Ray Charles to the Tramps.

The two songs I mentioned are originals - the first one is about a garage-metal band who are stuck trying to come up with a cool name, and Slow Down Krishna is about a Buddhist monk who goes out to buy a van for the monks of the temple and comes home with a red Trans Am instead.

Sam Roberts - Where have all the good people gone?

Have any of you guys in Canada heard of Sam Roberts? It's a group. The had quite a succesful song called "Don't walk away Eileen" that was on the music channels when I was over there last but no one seems to have heard of them. I met the guitarist Eric when I was over in Toronto. Just wondering if anyone's heard of them.

Yeah, unfortuantly I have heard of him.

"Don't walk away Eileen" easily is the most annoying song of this century.
