$50 to fill up with midgrade at a Sunoco in SE Michigan, $3.29 a gallon.

And the place raised its prices 10 cents across the board within six hours of when I filled up.

Last time I filled up I paid $3.20/gallon for 93 R+M/2 (98 RON) octane fuel. However, prices are now $3.70/gallon for the same fuel. Thank goodness my boost controller hasn't arrived yet. :) Gotta love New York City.

Holy crap I saw it for 2.99 and I was like a kid that had just seen snow for the first time.

Mad Murphy NZ
$1.52.9 a litre for 91 octane. Not sure how much 98 is.
I'm running 98, and I've given up trying to work out how much it is. I just enter the amt. I have to spend and go from there for fear of heart attack.

I put $20 96 into my Escort this evening and got 12.8 litres :yuck:

I think from now on I'm just going to about going from 1/4 tank full to 3/4 full, 30 litres.

If I nana it I can get 10L/100km, so 30 litres would be good for 300km - about a week and a half worth of driving.

And I know you guys in Europe think its "cheap", but think about it, you've always paid more then us. I'm frankly sick of these oil rich countries screwing us none oil rich countries.

In the UK we produce oil (from the North Sea) and we get shafted so much worse than North America and most of the rest of the world.

Your logic here is faulty at best. To suggest that since we've been paying more for oil for a long time that it's somehow fine and well for us is more than a little backward.

Well prices are dropping around here, today it was 2.95 for regular and they are continueing to drop. They say by the end of the week MI could have an average of 2.89 a gallon which is far better then 3.39.

Prices went up today to $1.39 per litre :(

Gas in town dropped 20 cents from this morning down to $3.05/gal. Although the closest gas station still charges $3.24/gal. :grumpy:

Why in gods name would a place on the other side of the world blame a hurricane for gas prices. I think they are just trying to screw you guys.

Supply vs. Demand and it does affect everyone... We are all in the same boat, there is a set amount of oil but a varible amount of people and cars unfortunately.

Were getting the same thing, over here its just an excuse to screw us.

Ya, in this one 3rd world country (the name of which i cant remem ber) the gas prices there are arounr $3 to... wtf?

Prices are gradually falling around here, I saw it for 2.89 today which is tolerable. The stations around my house are still 2.95, but its a sign gas is starting to come down.

$3.20/Gal

Which surprises me for California since almost 50 cents of that is tax. I'd have thought it would go higher. Still - when it costs you almost $40 to fill up your RSX...

Ahhhh taxes....we pay like 30 cents a gallon in Michigan for taxes I do believe, but what gets me is that they say it goes to the roads, but I'm convinced it goes into our governors left pocket. Our roads are the worst roads in the entire country.

2.99 for regular and 3.19 for premium. I use both. The first for the truck, and the second for the bike.

Oh, and thats in Tampa, FL.

97.9p per litre.......

Thats $1.20 a Litre!!!!!! .....thats about $6 a gallon!

You yanks are lucky!

stumpydino
apparently in some places now its as much as £1.05 pl and theyr blaming hurricane Katrina!!?! :odd:

 did they have to change their signs? Most I see only go up to 99.9
