Once upon a time there was a game called Driver, which was based on a movie called The Driver starring Ryan O'Neal as a err driver called Cowboy being chased by a cop played by Bruce Dern.

The movie is currently showing in the UK (Saturday night) on, of all places, Talking Pictures TV!

After initially being lukewarm on season 1 and only making it a few episodes into season 2 before getting sidetracked, I recently returned to BoJack Horseman and finished it. Very glad I did, incredible show.

I finished the last season of Bosch. Enjoyed each season. 🥲

If you have NBC's streaming service Peacock, you have to check out Kevin Hart and Snoop Dogg's Olympics review series. They are hilarious. Whoever thought to pair them up is a genius. There is no censors so there is cursing here and there but I'm glad they can be themselves. There are some short clips on Youtube. Check out the one where Snoop is reviewing the dressage (horses) competition 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Dont want to get into politics but just saw a pretty funny advert. this one I think u guys will enjoy. an Canadian attack ad that sounds like a truck commercial lol

Live at Shea Stadium. It always reminds me when I saw him in concert in Glasgow in '06 (if I remember correctly) complete with a fly swatter for the infamous Scottish Midge.

That was my favorite clip on YouTube! “The horse is crip walking!”

I liked the other one where Snoop described why they called a wrestling move "The Flying Squirrel" 🤣🤣🤣

There is a bonus bloopers episode on Peacock. I really hope they leave them up for a long time. Watching Kevin Hart talking smack to Michael Phelps and Caleb Dressel is hilarious.

One guilty pleasure I just ended watching as I'm writing this... I just call it a guilty pleasure due to being a total flop ... but, like much stuff in life, it was just to waaaaaay ahead of its time (also, because this was a huge marketing flop from the start)...

Yep, that's Megan Fox, on her first major movie role, and role overall, since, and outside, Transformers (it premiered just a little time after Transformers 2 :))... Anyway...

Long Story Short!
If it was ever a movie, or overall role Megan Fox was OVER Sexualized (even more than her Two and a half men episode), this was THE ONE... you have her playing a stereotypical popular teen cheerleader (you know, sexy ASF, kinky, rebel good girl gone bad... Much like her "Mean Girls" character, only cranked up to 11) whose BFF (Amanda Seyfried) was a nerd that go to a band's concert on a bar that catches on fire, and they escape, even they got help offered by the band's vocalist, which was just a hook to take them into a diabolic ritual made by the band because they wanted to become famous.

If you saw WM84, you know where this is going, the band, some Satan lovers that, ironically, don't do metal, instead indie rock music did ask their fame wish to Satan, and they would be granted, in exchange, they had to kill a virgin girl as a gift, you know "Virgin" and "2000's Megan Fox" are not a combo we commonly relate... The band didn't know she was lying, they still did the ritual and "killed her"... PLOT TWIST!, they didn't. Since she wasn't a virgin as she stated, she got instead possessed by the devil and became a cannibal succubus (she just killed 3 guys in the film, but one was her BFF's boyfriend... that last one... wrong victim, hun)... Again, if you saw WM84, you know where this is going... the band did get its wish and their song (who got over repeated during the movie) became a one-hit-wonder, but as you know, for many reasons you don't negotiate with a devil and got away scot-free... At their peak, Satan got it's part of the deal, their lives as the whole band got murdered by... Will give you some seconds... Wrong, her BFF!

Remember, Megan Fox became a cannibal Succubus here, and killed 3 dudes in the film, one of them being her BFF's boyfriend... Paraphrasing Toy Story 3. "Something changed inside her BFF... Something broke". That was the last straw for her, and after it, went to Fox's house and, with the good-old stab-in-the-heart, made this film the only career-time Megan Fox perishes on-screen... Then goes to jail but escapes to send the band with their biggest idol... How so?? Since she survived being attacked by the Succubus, she got some of her powers while remaining "human".

This one was a huge marketing flop, not because it was bad (it's decent enough for a good Halloween night), but because it targeted the wrong people, yep, FOX (the distributor/maker) made one of the stupidest mistakes in marketing since the new Coke by targeting this one to a crowded teen male audience just because they thought Megan Fox getting kinky and naked would be enough (she does get naked and has a sexy lesbian kiss scene with her BFF but don't show any nips or anything, at best, a little butt crack), instead to it's right target audience, geeks, LGBT+ and female youngsters. In fact, the whole marketing thing is a case of "How not to" study to learn, since they promoted this as a Megan Fox's porn debut or something. Remember, this is Megan Fox who we're talking about, possibly the worst victim of Hollywood's hyper-sexualization ever... Even the main writer (the one who also wrote the legendary "Juno") knew this would suck from the start...

In fact, had this movie JUST waited some years later to the whole #MeToo, and with THE RIGHT MARKETING it could have become a movie blockbuster... Even more, much like Frank Miller with Sin City, Megan Fox wants this to have a TV-series sequel since she saw the huge potential this has for today's times!... For any marketing class, this is a good case of "know your right public".

I do recommend it to watch it since it's a good thriller, but remember, DON'T MAKE any of the marketing moves this movie sadly got.

I was so into Transformers as a kid. It's been over a decade since I watched this movie and could only remember a few things like her being a vampire killing guys and the main song from Panic at the Disco.

I didn't know it included themes that would be considered so relevant today.
Currently browsing her wiki page, "With regards to relationship and sexuality, Fox said that she has a general distrust and dislike in men."

Eeep, sadly I see that this isn't uncommon today.

Season three of Mr. Inbetween. Such a sleeper good series from Season one through now. Short episodes, to the point, comedy, seriousness, no fluff. Idiotic moments for certain characters.

I like that show too but had kind of forgotten about it after season 2. I need to go on Hulu and catch up. It has it's very dark moments too. Was it in season 1 where his daughter's friend was kidnapped from the store they were in and once he tracked down who was responsible took matters into his own hands? Chilling.

Starting to scrape the bottom of the barrel on Netflix & Amazon Prime as I've gone through most of the things worth watching & end up being disappointed. Case in point: The Man in the High Castle. Starts off promisingly but descends gradually into an incoherent, unbelievable mess.

My strongest recommendation is for Babylon Berlin - a brilliantly written, brilliantly acted period crime/political thriller set in Germany in the 1930's. It's full of moral complexity and benefits from a mesmerizing lead actress & very high-end production values.

Edit: for God's sake, don't watch it dubbed into English!

Yep, season 2 actually. By now(this season), viewers know what the outcome will be, in certain scenarios. So, it’s implied what happened(We still see some stuff happen though). No need to actually show what he has done to “baddies”. He’s definitely not a good guy, but respects honour among criminals.
Lots going on these first few episodes. Especially with his daughter.

I'm a bit disappointed that Season 3 is the final (and it's finished on Foxtel so I won't say anything). I have managed to get a hold of the 2005 movie The Magician (also starring Scott Ryan) that this series is based off of but I haven't had a chance to watch it yet. There's a reference to Ray Shoesmith being The Magician in one of the episodes but I can't remember which one.

Just watched the last three episodes(didn't realise we "Binge(d)" those first six). Damn shame it's over.

I caught up on Ted Lasso and have been keeping up with it as new episodes have released. With the Apple+ subscription, I have been working my way through Mythic Quest. I had been watching Bad Batch episodes as they were released, but with the season ending last week, I will probably not be watching it until the next season is released. There have only been three episodes of it so far, but Reservation Dogs has been good.

Reminds me. Watched The Head Hunter a while ago.

Preeeeetty clever creativity for how much it cost to make. Crazy. Puts many movies to shame.

Ran out of stuff to watch so I started Jeremy Clarkson's Farm show.

More interesting than funny. Also weird watching Jeremy being his usual bumbling oaf self but also kind of caring about the farm and making it work.
