Almost certainly the most densely plotted direct-to-video Scooby movie I've ever watched. A lot happens. Also, a LOT of stuff gets destroyed. The number of wrecked vehicles rivals The Blues Brothers.

Now that I've discovered Letterboxd's Diary feature, here are the movies I watched in January.

I feel like I have to be missing some between the 1st and 14th but I can't remember and looking through my viewing history, nothing comes up.

I'm about to start Five Nights at Freddy's.

Mr & Mrs Smith series is sooo good. Donald is too cozy for ice cold killer, but Maya is making job for both. Thats how you should do TV adaptation.

Percy Jackson and the Olympians, all through the season finale. It is so appropriate that the late Lance Reddick plays none other than Zeus!

I'm going to watch the new horror movie, "Thanksgiving 2023" again.

You should see the scene in the store, everyday storms inside the store, several people get killed, even a security guard dies.

I'm fixing to watch "Transformer's, Dark of the Moon"

My favorite scene was all the robots and machines were driving on the highway and caused chaos, crashes and all sorts of destruction. That's my type of thing. Who is your favorite character there?

EDIT: my 2000th post

Congrats on 2,000 posts!

Avatar live action TV series and Avatar the animated series (a rewatch). Obviously, the source is better, but the new series does do well IMO. I'm about to finish Masters of the Air, get to chapter 4 of Shogun, and continue a rewatch of season 1 of Tokyo Vice to get to season 2.

Gentlemen. Similar to Snatch series or Brassic, but with BUDGET. Aside from cute Vinnie Jones and stupid farmer, everyone is horrible person. Love it

Fixing to watch some episodes from Season 5 of "The Office." That show cracks me up a lot. They are so corny and funny as heck. They should do a reboot of the show.

One of my all time favorites. It's available free on Youtube Movies.
A surprisingly slice-of-life movie that showed John Wayne could do more than just be John Wayne, Icon. And it has one of the all time great fist fights in movies.

"Red Will" Danaher: "This is a fight I'd come a long way to see"

Sean Thornton: "I hope you can stick around for the finish"

Watched Chicken Run: Dawn of the Nugget. Watched The Super Mario Bros. Movie. Both gave feeling of nostalgia. So much work for both to come to fruition, good to finally see them.

Watched Ferrari. Brutal car crashes.

Watched Can I Tell You A Secret? Quite disturbing the lengths one person would go to terrorise so many women and it took so long for him to get caught. Attitude needs to change towards nastiness, it is not OK and should not be tolerated. One of the people on there, I was in the same form group and classes at school. She is genuinely such a nice person, I wonder if that criminal would have been as cruel if they actually knew her. So many keyboard warriors out there, more needs to be done to stop them!

It managed to chart number one on Netflix in the UK ahead of the likes of Formula 1: Drive to Survive which charted six in season six. I somehow haven't watched a single episode of that yet. However, I have seen a lot of the memes from it over the years.

Watched Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One. Quite unrealistic, lacked substance and seemed to be just going through the motions. Even though the movie is quite lengthy, seemed rushed in places. Hopefully part two can redeem it. However critics rated it very highly, so doesn't put much media pressure on them. They have done a great job before so I am sure internally they will want to make it the best. So far I think Fallout is best in the series. It edges out the first one simply because it features Méganes!

Watched Hypnotic (2023). This film was not well received by critics but I think it pulls off the plot of the movie well.

Watched The Beekeeper. Typecast but still worth a watch. Hopefully will bring about more awareness of scams.

Watched Fast Charlie. That accent I was not ready for from Pierce Brosnan.
