Main account.

New Saint-Croix circuit experiences Gold and the last 2 races of the weekly challenge (I work backwards with it now).

Alt account.

Yas Marina CE gold.
All gold on Super Licence.

S-10 alot easier than it was when I did it on the main account.

Dry line looks wider than it used to be.

Doing another session of the Power Pack Le Mans race.

Currently less than 7 hours left, 9AM on the game clock.

Up nearly 4 laps, 318 laps completed. I should be on for 400 laps.

Hopefully it remains completely dry as I had non stop rain from hour 4 to hour 13.

Using the Sauber C9.

I did the Clubman 400 (Willow Springs) and 600 (Suzuka) races from the weekly challenges. In Suzuka I used the BVLGARI VGT and it was genuinely surprising and fun to drive. Too bad you can't put aero in it, because then it would really be something.

I got the 100,000 cr, and from the 4-star roulette ticket from the daily mileage I got... 1,000,000 cr! Now excuse me while I go and buy a real lottery ticket.

Not today, but yesterday, I rage quit for the first time out of a daily race.

I stupidly did not buy intermediate tires before starting the Suzuka race. And of course, with my luck, it immediately started downpouring as the race began; I was painfully and helplessly spinning out of everywhere . I said screw this and yep, my SR took a big hit but oh well. Some of us like the school of hard knocks. :dunce:

When I started playing in Update 1.67, I purchased the cars that were included in it. Using one of them, I then entered a Sunday Cup race and won it. I also took a scape photo. I then entered two Lap Time Challenges and later competed in the Weekly Challenges. I am now looking forward to the new Weekly Challenges that has arrived.

I cashed in my prize tickets and to my surprise I won the new Porsche GT3 before I bought it thankfully!
Pretty much never get anything exciting in the tickets so that was a real nice surprise!
I tuned that up, along with the other two new cars from 1.67.
The Porsche has aero options to make it look like the Evo model and the Xiaomi has a pretty cool alternative front grill.
Then I did the first 3 races of the new weekly challenges and checked out the new Hyundai menu book.

I did another race in the Power Pack - the one lap race at the Nordschleife.

I used the Porsche 911 GT3 RS (992) and got pole position by around 4s, and won the race comfortably.

However, the 'Out Lap' in Qualifying was a bit much...😅

I got a 4* ticket for my efforts which earned me a McLaren VGT, or about 680,000 Cr. in trade-in value, so not a bad day's work.

Impressive! A nice comfy cockpit with a bar fridge close by should see you through!

Since they gifted me the 991, I tried the Le Sarthe WTC700. Almost totally dry track. Enjoyable!

Yeah I wish we could have the cut through like they do in real life for quali at Nürburgring

Finished Le Mans.

451 laps completed, 6 lap gap to second.

Fastest lap of 3:01:083. 14.4 mil credits awarded.

Probably gonna be a minute before I do the Nurb 24 to finish Power Pack, but probably will do it in the Ferrari 296 GT3 as it is on easy difficulty and is my current favorite GT3.

Gt cup chilli race at lake maggiore, my new mission to complete. Started last night was no where near, managed 6th this morning with a best lap of 2:03, need under 2:00 to get the win I think.

When I first got the game, I told myself that I would not stress about the license tests, so I passed them when required, with bronzes and silvers. But since my driving has improved, especially with some settings and techniques recommended in YouTube, I went back and I'm earning golds.

Addenda: I also did the Mount Panorama WTC 800 race with the new and lovely Porsche GT3. Easy win with high-rpm turbo upgrade and fuel map at 3 (no stops). 200,000 cr for the 3rd out of 5 weekly challenges, plus the race purse (200 or 300 k credits? I don't remember) and the 4-star daily mileage ticket got me the Subaru BRZ drift car engine. Lastly, I bought the Porsche 962 C in Hagerty for the Group C menu.

Back to the Le Mans WTC700, this time with the R32 GT-R V•spec II '94

3 laps on RH tyres, with an aquaplaning "incident" on lap 3, two laps on IM's and the final two easy laps on a drying circuit on RH

That was fun, apart from the "incident" which was a blow to the pride. And a blow to the paint ⬇️

I bought the last Porsches I needed to own every Porsche in the game - the 3M LM car was the main outstanding one, but I also needed to blow 1M on the VGT that I could live happily without, but I'm glad to complete the full collection of an outstanding marque.

Discovered something weird while watching a replay....

So, we got the viewers freebie cars, which are awesome. I took the 911 to the Nurburgring just to drive around for a bit. I chose twilight/clear. There was no rain. Here's the weird part...I noticed that the rain light was on (rear flashing led). I also noticed the wipers came on intermittently.

Why?

Also picked-up 500K on a 4-star. That's always cause for celebration, lol.

No driving yet, just messing around with numbers in the weekly Time Trials.

For a while, I have wondered how many of us reach gold, silver and bronze.

The data charted below comes from the CGV Time Trial which has 2 days to run. So far, over 158,000 drivers have posted times, and here is how they split up.

From this, I conclude I'm usually in the most popular group. 😀

Put the V12-XJR-9 engine in the TVR Speed Six.

It is very good indeed, I won the new WTC 600pp and WTC 700pp races with ease, it can also get to 800pp, it is a very expensive swap at £1.6m but the car is in the shop at the moment so it would be worth picking up a spare one if you ever decide to make the swap.

The car has all the modifications and weight reductions.

I won the WTC 600 at the Nordschleife in my favourite Porsche 911 Carrera RS (901) '73 (complete with homemade livery of the Frers' race car) - the 901 at the Nurb is probably the most fun I've had in the game, esp. the Wipperman - Brunnchen - Pflantzgarten combo... it's wild!

That SU7 is pretty darn fast in a straight line, and even a 5.8s lead at the top of Dottinger Hohe on the final lap was not enough to stop it flying past me at Antoniusbuche at 200 mph - but fortunately it is rubbish through the last section, and I got back into the lead at Hohenrain and won the race, and completed the WTC 600s.

-

I also completed the WTC 700s in the Event Directory with a (too easy) win in the 458 Italia GT3 - won by 60s, so might have to try again in a Gr.4 for a closer race!

edit: Oh well, so much for that idea - took out the 4C Gr.4 and won by 90s  😅
