What do you splurge on?

Coffee. I buy coffee at a coffee house every Monday through Friday, before work and on my lunch. It would be cheaper to drink that swill they brew at work, but it's awful stuff. It ends up being about three dollars a day, sometimes a bit more.

Other than that I'm pretty frugal.

CD's and fine food.

I'm becoming quite miserly on most other things lately, in order to save for the Something-Better-Than-A-'93-Corolla Fund.

As though it gets any better than a 93 Corolla.
Come on, lower your standards.

I just bought a twice-used MC2 console wheel for $30.

That makes the two of us pupik.

When I get my licence, my dad's already promised he will hand over our current '94 Toyota Corolla in beige, no air-conditioning, no power options.

Does that wheel work for PC to, Joey?

pupik, please clean your private messages box now!

Didn't know 180 was the limit, I thought it was 250.

In any case, at least mine has a/c.

The worst part is, that my dad won't even install a newer cd player, the car is in immaculate condition, no scratches, it look's brand new, but come on it's still a cassete player, the two front speakers need to be replaced, they go blotchy as you higher the volume. Meh, I guess I'll have to do that when I get it. My parents bought it brand new for $14,000. Sells for about $8,000 now. Not bad, resale value.

Summer is hell, without a/c. The windows roll all the way down, and that's about the only way to stay cool.

I hate the seat material, it's so clothy, and the vinyl on the side gets hot as heck, and then the colour of the seats looks dirty even if it's clean.

No, but we have an Xbox, PS2, and GC at our house, so it'll get used.
And I'll still suck at LFS.

The 95 Camry I started on was optioned out!
