If they announce a teaser or something here soon of that nature I'm going to buy a powerball ticket because I posted both of the "speculation" threads and look at them now. But I won't count my chickens just yet

That is a sketch of the Prologue Concept, formerly called A9 Concept, which is to be shown at the Los Angeles Motor Show.

My guess is that Audi will be quite radical, as it's designers are fed-up with the current duplication styling approach, or we may see a car reasonably close to the R18 e-tron road car that is planned. I know what I want... R18 e-tron road car!

Could get a new Auto Union.

So far, each VGT was made to what each manufacturer were known for. The ur Quattro is Audi's invention. A hybrid rally car? Maybe we see a new Auto Union Quattro hybrid.
A new Auto Union sounds fantastic!!!

Oh, I'd definitely be for an avant. I dontbfeel every new VGT has to have 600hp to make a statement. 350hp, AWD, active aero, and 18"wheels would be enough.

At LA motorshow, a new concept of audi A9 was shown to the public, found the Infiniti strangely in-line with the current directions VGTs are following, but for now nothing but speculation.

I want an Auto Union revival, with an entirely closed cockpit (no windows) and the inside being a giant OLED screen that displays the outside in real time, and the whole thing is as streamlined as possible. If they made another land speed record car with incredibly low drag and unreal straight line speed like a cross between the auto union and the veyron would be pretty sweet and in line with audi/volkswagen

I want an Audi RSQ (The I, Robot car) with the omnidirectional spheres instead of wheels. Who wouldn't want to pull off crazy spins and travel in any direction? I want to go through the Karussell with the nose of the car directly facing the outside of the turn! :dopey:

I hope it will be a futuristic design again, like the Chaparall and Nissan Skyline.. It has to be a vision, not a brainfart from the designer who's normally designing the ashtrays.
