I will most likely buy the Collectors Edition. I'd like to buy the Ultimate Edition, since I went to the trouble of buying the Collector's Edition of Forza 3, which turned out to be a one week trade-in job. :(
 
I'm getting the collector's edition from gamestop so i can get those two bonus cars
 
I will only be able to get the standard edition because I have no money. :(
 
Last night I almost preordered CE. For some reason I thought again and decided not to. I will purchase the regular ver when the game comes out
 
Dont think the content of the EU editions have been officially revealed yet,but i've voted for the ultimate edition,but depending on content I could easily pick the standard package.

It is a bit more detailed than that... stuff like information on all the manufacturers, detailed track layouts, basic and intermediate info on car tuning for GT, etc. The official GT4 strategy guide was also 300 pages, so I think it's fairly safe to assume that this book in the Collector's Edition is pretty much like that one. I still want the book though!
 
Already got 2 CE reserved, and 1 Ultimate (if they will arrive in my country) Im the first to sign up for all 3, so im sure to get them. I doubt i will buy the normal version as well...
 
Just pre-ordered my collectors edition today!
 
I have the CE pre-ordered, but if the Ultimate Edition comes to the states then I'll switch it to that.

If you have no money, how can you afford to get even the standard edition? Fact is, if you/your family can afford to own a PS3 with TV to play it on, and buy the standard edition, you can afford the collectors edition, simple as that.
 
The only thing that will make me buy anything else than the standard edition, would be included DLC.

What do I do with car models or keychains? They will end up in some corner most likely. What would I need a car in a specific colour for? To show off that I was the sucker paying for it? No, thank you.

I just want the game in its entirety. It's all about driving each car included in the game. As long as I get that, I'm happy.

Let's be fair thats a pretty unfair and hideous comment especially nowadays. It's perfectly reasonable that he can't stretch to $100 to buy a game.

On Topic: Need something to replace the Forza keychain i already have as its so scratched it just looks like a massive peice of metal, however the Forza USB Memory came in handy a few times. Will wait for details from GCom about EU release

No details about Ultimate are available its not even been officially confirmed either

Agreed, can't see you having much luck with pre-ordering the CE, won't be announced until GC don't think, however i can't see many places turning down free money!
 
If the Ultimate Edition is confirmed i'll will buy it. Till then, my Driving Force GT is ready for Collector's Edition.
 
Ultimate, unless it just includes a wheel bundle or something. I already have a G25 so I don't need that.

Where do you pre-order a collector edition? SCEE hasn't anounced or released any details on it yet, even to retailers.
 
Collector's Edition for me. The ultimate is too expensive, and I have other games on my list to buy too, so I can't justify spending $200 on a single game.....even if it is GT5.

Getting the CE mainly for the book, and secondly, for the 5 bonus cars.
 
I'll vote ultimate when it's confirmed by someone by someone I find credible.

I have no money at the moment. I owe my dad £200 and need to pay for all the spares from karting. By november I will not have enough money to buy the collectors edition only the standard one
 
Got the CE pre-ordered within a couple of hours of my local Gamestop getting it in their system. Depending on what the Ultimate Edition is I may very well get that as well.
 
I pre-ordered the standard edition. I took a look at the CE but decided to use the money towards LBP2 instead.

We don't have Gamestop in Australia but it wouldn't matter if we did because GT5's release has only been detailed by SCEA (US, Canada etc) but SCEE (Europe, Australia, NZ) still have give no official details to gamers or retailers of any editions or even a release date yet. I can't find any retailer here (store with online catalog) that lists the collectors edition or even a release date besides something generic.

Hence the reason we still don't know about this rumoured ultimate edition either.
 
I think I'll buy the standard version or collectors format... I don't know which edition they would sell after GT5 is launched in my country, I may see also the ultimate edition sold when I go to purchase GT5. But I don't suppose I'll buy the ultimate version because that is so expensive to buy, I don't wanna consume so much money just on a single game.
 
I voted for Collectors edition, but as of this time am unsure whether or not it will be sold in the UK I have seen no information for a UK release.

Unless anyone else has heard anything?

Come to think of it where is the UK release of the game written down?
 
Standard as I'm not interested in the gadgets that comes with the other editions and the collectors editions has been sold out.
