Headaches, Headaches Grind my Gears.
This one or the previous one that looked weird at it's size or the waffles one?
rb26xWhich do you think?
Gear grinder-If you go to the gear-oiling thread here, you might have seen that I went to a great skatepark yesterday, all day. Well, I woke up today, so sore. After walking in school all day, walking to school to be late, and walking home tired (Pantera helped a little), I just got home and my legs do not want to work. My quads and calves feel absolutely horrible. This really sucks.![]()
VandenalSame. I had a really bad headache this morning, I have them everyday. And I can't just go buy his iPhone, he most likely has something else planned for me knowing him...

Cowboys, Yea it really sucks to get an app that either is completely crap or just is pretty much devoid of what it claims to be.
I dunno, guessing this one.
rb26xI'm a male teen, of course!![]()
Something planned? Good or bad? My dad said I could buy his old iPhone off him... For £450.Surprisingly I decided not to...
ilikewaffles11I can't stop thinking about this girl which is getting on my nerves. I hardly even know her and I can't get her off my mind. It's strange..
BubbleBelly542Ahhhhhhhh, me too. I'm scared to talk to her but the girl on my mind seems so kind and is so beautiful. I feel creepy for noticing her like that, and she hasn't noticed me... That grinds my gears.
ilikewaffles11Yea I'm just to shy to talk to her, I mean I have talked to her because we used to sit together but you know, not much aside that. What I like is how she is attractive and popular however still isn't a b*itch to everybody because of it. I admire that because most girls who are attractive and popular I just don't even really want to deal with at all.
BubbleBelly542Ya the girl I like is not popular but she's certainly not a b.... And I totally get that last statement. The thing is, girls are so great, but I'd probably pull on my hair and hit my head on (soft, I don't like pain) things less.
CrispyWhat's grinding my gears? Well my parents went to this thing about the technology center that opened up for the high school They brought home some very good electives. Now onto the gear grinder. I won't have enough elective spaces to cover everything I want to do! There's Introduction to Engineering, CAD Design, and a whole lot of Adobe CS4 stuff, which I've had a lot of experience with. Looks like I may just have to try and repeat high school.![]()
Headaches, Headaches Grind my Gears.
School makes us wake up so darn early.![]()

Should of, could of, would of, might of, must of etc.
I'm sorry but these are grammar mistakes that really, really tick me off.
It's have, not of. Should have, could have, would have, might have, must have.
I can understand why people might make the mistake. The contraction of have is 've, so modal verb + have equals should've, could've, would've, might've, must've. The 've sounds similar to of but it really winds me up when people write it down. I am a grammar nazi, a kind one, but this is a time when I need to vent at my most hated grammatical error.
It's either a conditional construction, so it's logical that an auxiliary verb comes next and not a genative/dative preposition. It's a shame that most curriculums don't teach English language properly; my school didn't do it at all and it's my own personal endeavours that have improved my understanding of English.
Also, my friends say things like "I drawn" and "I thrown". WRONG! It's "I drew, I have drawn" and "I threw, I have thrown". There's often a difference between the simple and perfect past.

My first name is Thom. Thom. I hate people who have known me for a long time and still misspell and/or deliberately misspronounce my name. I keep it to myself, but inside, I'm so easily trolled...
Thomas
Thomas
Thom
Seems more logical to me. If people spell their name as Tom that's fine. But I spell mine slightly differently and people who have known me for 10 years or so should really know better.

Not exactly exciting gear grinders, but they grind my gears none the less!
350 quid, while high, could be seen as reasonable. But 450, that's generally about the original price when new, so it wouldn't be expected to sell at that price when it is used, unless the demand for it was artificially high.
