The Gulf war ended in 1991. The war in Afghanistan started in October of 2001, in response to 9/11 and the war in Iraq started in 2003.

Yes, Gulf War was in Kuwait in response to Iran's Saddam Hussein.
 
The gulf war was NOT because of the U.S. But the U.N. as a whole, they could of just as well attacked any other country in the U.N.
Also Iraq could only expect a war when you attempt to seize control of another country. (Kuwait)

After all the U.S. did help liberate some of Afghanistan and Iraq/Iran from the USSR in the 70's/80's.... Listen to this: The U.S. once helped the Taliban.

People in the UK remembering 11/9 like it happened here grinds my gears. Nobody in your family died in it, stop going on as if it's some great tragedy to you. It's not like they remember 7/7 like this (which actually happened here) or terrorist attacks in other countries.

How would you know if nobody in the UK had a relative or such at the World Trade Center?

After all, it is called the World Trade Center. In fact, I know someone that goes to my school, whose grandfather was in New York at the time.

That's so very true. Many people just treat 9/11 like the only terrorist attack and this and that.... but does anybody remember the Madrid Train Bombing? No nobody does! So why should we have a special day for 9/11??

EDIT: By the way, Madrid Train Bombing, was a very sad tragedy and I shed a tear for those lost.
 
I'm not generalising everyone in the UK, I'm sure some had relatives that died that day and I understand it will still be a very sad day for them. However most I know remembering 11/9 don't have a connection to it.

Or when you specifically ask them for something to not be in said cheeseburger and it's still there. Actually had that problem with Burger King mostly, where you are supposed to 'Have it Your Way'...

I don't have problems with the Pickles, but I really hate some of the sauces they load onto the thing.. Sadly I have no idea what they're called and cannot have them not apply them, not that they would listen anyway.

Give mitch a break he has a disorder of some sort and dosnt try to start fights. You should really learn more about a person before you cuss at them

Lol dude don't bother with that mumbo jumbo, it's the internet so no-one really cares.

It does however seem like I do try and provoke arguments but in all honesty I'm not trying to, just seems that everyone has a differing opinion...(I'd rather not argue tho it doesn't really kill my good vibe anyway)

I was going to go on a rant about having loads of work to do on my off day but I can't now, I'm feeling too giggly from that comment.
