If possible I'd just use a Lancia Stratos and see if I can compete. Would be fun enough.

Haven't got any serious choices yet, lol.
 
Lancia, Aston Martin, Mazda, or the Lister Storm or Gillet Vertigo if they're included. Quirky FIA GT cars need more love.
That's if I ever get a PS4, which is up in the air at this point.
 
That's a tough choice between either Ford, Toyota or BMW.
 
Honda or Volvo. Had at least one car from each company in my life.
 
Nissan (but first I need to buy a PS4 and a steering wheel compatible)

I would love to say Ferrari or Aston Martin but I don't have the skills to tame them.

My heart says SRT but Ford is more functional and has more variety: a supercar, a sportcars, cars of all layouts, rally cars, race cars, classic cars, but no vision gt car

I'm looking to represent Lexus in this, however I also fancied Volkswagen and either Fiat/Abarth or Ferrari.
 
If a Premium Mk1 Austin Mini is available, I'll be switching from Mazda.

But GT7 better add more BMW's to their game! I want to drive cars like the E30 M3, E28 M5, and E26 M1 :(
 
Tough call... I dont know really. Obviously depends of which cars the manufacturer has.
I like BMW, Ferrari, Mercedes and Lamborghini, to give some examples, but maybe the cars for those in the game are bad.
