I agree. However I read the emphasis for GT4 will be mostly on 80's and 90's cars. As confirmed they are including older "important" cars, but I wouldn't expect too many 50's and 60's racers. Or it really would be a surpriseFunInTheSunI would be really happy if PD has gone to the Vinatge Races, like on this page - 2002 Historics. I got into sports cars back in the late '50s. I'm now about to turn 60 myself!
I want to drive:
a Bizzarrini A3C
a Chaparral
a Cooper Monaco
an Elva Mk.7
a Lotus 23B
a Maserati Tipo 60 (Birdcage)
a Porsche RSK
a Scarab
Now those were sports cars - nice and small - sounded wonderful. If you look at the photos, notice how big the drivers are compared to the cars - they almost look fake - but thats what those cars looked like.
Now that would be a great suprise!
And folks, those are fabulous historic racing cars!
And good looking to boot!
Lol.Cosmic3 surpises...okey.
1. GT4 is going to be realesed.
2. A uniqe track if complete the arcade mode.
3. You can use NOS only in drag races.
Yes. But actually , who needs it anyway?Do you race?Lol.
1 - Yes, that would be a good idea. A very good idea.
2 - Why not make it two? Or the eight 'bonus' tracks KY mentioned in an interview once?
3 - DEFINATELY. If NOS is available in other races, I thik I'll go right off GT4.
Racer-boys with more money than sense? Posers? People who need an over-hyped bhp boost to make up for lacklustre driving skills? Dreamers who think they're street racers? I don't know, pick one, but as it's in there, it should only - and I mean only - be used for drag racing.CosmicYes. But actually , who needs it anyway?
I would say with 1 word : wannabes (?)Do you race?Racer-boys with more money than sense? Posers? People who need an over-hyped bhp boost to make up for lacklustre driving skills? Dreamers who think they're street racers? I don't know, pick one, but as it's in there, it should only - and I mean only - be used for drag racing.
Are you sure you aren't KY or someone from PD in disguise? Because you keep guaranteeing all this stuff ... 'many surprises' ... '800+ cars' ... where's the proof, because, quite frankly, I don't trust it ...Mr P510When GT4 is released many suprises will be reveiled......trust me.![]()
CosmicAnd no exotic cars will bemade into GT4 like Lambo , Ferrari or other.
That would ruin the game. Imo.
Yes. It would ruin the game. Imo. To have exotic cars :bMadduckUKWHAT?!![]()
R-Class could consist of a few JGTC cars, LMPs and maybe other racers, but would only be available once you completed a certain amount of the simulation side of the game ... after all we don't want to get our hands on them after doing not much in the way of practice.
robin2223^ Im actually quite scared that PD may not release anymore info until the game is released.....some may say that it is a good thing because it keeps the suprise...but it will drive you insane....I really want to know everything about the game and any bit of new info!![]()
S-Class was also in GT2 and consisted mostly of a mismatched variety under-powered cars such as the Renault Clio Sport (259bhp) alongside 400bhp cars such as the Vector M12, Selby Cobra Coupe, Jaguar XKR etc. I'm hoping GT4 will have a class devoted entirely to racing cars.Lambo88Hum... there was a class like thet in GT3, for those who don't know and it eas called the S class.
See ya![]()
I wouldn't get my hopes up to high, let alone expect PD to put in Spa, I don't think that will happen as the old circuit is nothing like the new (for which the licence to use has been snaffed by a dozen companies). AnI I certainly won't bet on Lamborghinis - after the Japanese GT3 stunt I don't think PD is going to risk putting unlicenced cars in again. As Cosmic said, too many exotic cars would ruin the game. GT is all about racing everyday cars, so if you put the likes of Ferrari and Lambo and Porsche in, it sort of takes the focus off some really great 'normal' cars becuse everyone will be aiming to get the exotic racers and will only use them. I seem to recall Kaz mentioning something along the lines of this in an niterview about GT2 and I don't think his philosophy has changed much.Lambo88The three surprises I'm expecting:
1) The Spa Francorchamps circuit ( yes, over Le Mans)
2) Lambo will be in with a decent lineup.
3) Maserati is in despite the lack of Ferrari's (Maserati gives its license to Gt4 using its indepandence from Ferrari).
and many more cars not revealed but that I expect very much.
See ya
