Technically it'd be the chrome lines or stealths, but it depends which ones since some were released.

Agree with Reshiram though on the X2010 prototype, but even this isn't as rare anymore since I'm sure many out there have borrow glitched for this car. The true rarest cars are the stealth or Chromeline though. Maybe then the Camaro Edge or the Chromeline Jag, these far less than the others though.

I would have to say any of the stealth cars. I've witnessed a stealth 787B. From my understanding those cars only released in Europe or those who bought the limited edition GT5 bundle.
