What's up with the smilies?

I just noticed that the smilies in the smilies panel have been shuffled around ( before before on the top row). Have the most popular smilies been relocated to the top of the pile?

I've never payed too much attention to their order, but to me their order has been changing randomly ever since we upgraded to vB3.

I was going to mention this earlier, GTP Lite has no link to the More More Smilies, the first "More" link you see is the one where you get the standard smilies, there's no link for the extra smilies you have to use

That's because GTP Lite is just the default vB3 templates, with the colors changed.
