i built a veyron up to do speed runs and after 230 mph it has no or very little sterring ive tried add weight to the front and making the rear suspentio stiffer but it didn't work so can anyone help me on this one

It is 1600+kg with 1000hp with little to no downforce.

You want to make a u-turn at 230? :D
If you use a DS3 try to increase the sensibility...
thanks i will try that later

you cant change the down force on it or add aero parts

Mate if you put extra weight up front it will deaden steering response just look at muscle cars from the 70s all good till you get to the corner. Buy a torque distribution diff from the custom parts tune it to 10F 90R back off the front lsd settings, soften springs and it sounds wierd but brake bias 4F 7R. But really what do you want from the car? Track or terminal speed? as above mentioned 1600kg + 1000hp. Bite the bullet and buy racing softs.;).

I think he means that the real car have no downforce, so it should be in the game also. For sure, I know it has just 150kg downforce @ 300 km/h (dunno if with or without wing) when Agera R has almost the double at the same speed and the new Agera One:1 along with the McLaren P1 have almost 600 kg downforce @ 250 km/h...
Do you want some other comparisons? Evo X @ the same speed of the Veyron's example generate 90-100 kg downforce, GT3s almost 1.500 kg, F1s 2.400 kg, LMPs 2.800 kg (Le Mans configuration, with low wing), old class C (Minolta, 787B) more than 3.000 kg...
Deal with it...

When you look at the figures Flaren89 has posted above and you look at the veyron the thing is shaped like a bullet with little to no DF purposly built for one thing top speed.

Cmon guys this one is easy... Hit the brakes! Haha no street car will turn going that fast. Especially the veyron that doesn't even like turning at 130 mph

Try this for route ssrx:
Vmax is 484kph (300,7mph), without drafting, downhill or n2o.
Here's how:
Buy all engine parts except n2o, fc gearbox, fc suspension, fc LSD, torque diff, Stage 3 weight redux, window redux, racing hard tires (important! Good for 7kph), oil.

Setup:
Suspension
RH 125/90
Springs 11/12
Damper comp 6/6
Damper ext 3/3
ARB 5/6
Camber 0,3/0,3
Toe 0/0

Gears
Do this, in this order; final gear to 3.500, max speed to 300 (186mph), final gear to 2.000, then set all gears;
1 4.730
2 3.270
3 2.375
4 1.790
5 1.360
6 1.100
7 0.910

LSD
5/10
5/50
5/20
Torque dist
10:90

It corners at 430+kph (267+mph) using a wheel. Slightly slower with a DS3.

When you say speed run do you mean drag type race? If so why does steering matter? I think it's alright, doesn't handle thet good but most of it is the amount of inertia it has on acceleration and the time it takes to slow down. There's not much that can be done about it.

by steering i meant controll over the car and i found out how to fix it i just had to raise the rear of the car to max height

That's just physics i'm afraid. It's still an expensive piece of lard.

If your just using it for Like the Wind or just SSX tune it to max ride height all, softest suspension, lowest damper comp lowest damper ext and lowest abr, camber/toe at 0, LSD 60/5/5, torque dist. 10/90. You can now steer it at high speed easily.

thanks its fine now

It sounds like you've lowered the car too much. Ah, I remember doing that... wheel cranked full right, but the damn thing kept porpoising left. Good times.

Read and adhere to this before you post again. You need to do better than that.

You will not use “textspeak” (“r”, “u”, “plz”, etc.) in your messages. Decent grammar is expected at all times, including proper usage of capital letters.
