Emailing you local SCE would be a start. For serious issues, they'll get the publisher / developer to release a patch.

That'd be SCEE in F40LM's case... yeah, PD would just love to be told what to do by the guy who claimed GT6 would be a PS3 game (implying a 2013 release date in most people's minds).
