Where have a lot of the preset decals gone?

It looks like you're painting a Ferrari. Ferrari have limited the decals available for Ferrari cars.

You can put any decal on it, but you need to find it from the content search, or make it yourself.

This happens when creating liveries for any Ferrari because of their strict licensing policy. But you can use any other decal from the community with no problem, so at the end of the day this shouldn't be an issue.
