Goodwood is also locked, maybe your save is corrupt?
well well, back to B License and National B races...
Another fun fact you're gonna see.
It takes until Int b or int a licence before redbull is unlocked.
Goodwood is locked, when unlocked you only get the first three races.
with every licence unlocked you will get acces to the next three and the next three.
have fun.
next time do what i did.
create a another account on your ps3
and start new game, you even get your trophies again.
And befriend your two account, you see your old races appear when you do your licence test again.
I had 4 accounts used for gt5
and created my DDDsprayshop account new for my youtube account to start from scratch.
The only event that dissappeard is the GT academy.
So tommorow the new Spec-A events i guess, it's been 7 days again.
let's see what Expert Spec-a brings this time.
@IngRobNy I hope you have enough credits in your account for a good car for those events
the Pagani Zonda R 2009 cost 1.650.000 i think, (i used that car on the last expert level race on nürburing nordschleife) i have my old save on usb, so i can load that save and drive the 3 upcoming seasonal event races. Or grind like mad 
with my fresh save...
Dunno how ,but It totally slipped my mind that some events are locked (invisible) , until you do certain events or reach certain level. It's been a long time since december
Yes it is back again, it became visible after national B license. I was just trying to hard to look for any changes after the two maintenance, but i was just fooling myself But at least we have som new seasonal events
