Where is the option to fit after market parts

I have searched the forum and cant seem to find anything on where and how you go about fitting after market parts.Can anyone help.

in your garage menus or before a race go to the icon that looks like a toolbox. then you can change the tires or the muffler. The muffler is the only thing that changes the look of the bike. You change from 'normal' to 'sports' muffler.
