It has to be the Chevrolet Chevelle 454 at idle.... That big block V8 chugging over, turning out its mountain of torque! :dopey: Fantastic engine, a real character of a car. Probably the only car I turn the volume up for. :sly:

I dont know if this has been said but, a stock Dodge charger sounds incredible.

I never thought GT4 had a sound like that.

I think the best engine sound goes to ether the right side veiw of the Panoz Esperante or the Nismo 400r.

Takata Honda NSX is Speed Defined:sly:

the Aston Dbr sounds amazing near the top of the power curve with the racing exhaust.

Ford GT Concept with race exhaust sounds really angry. I like.

yup...agree with that...try to use stock turbo+racing exhaust+other engine mods...

-then pump-up the volume of your hometheater set and drive 22-b from low rpm to high rpm...

*feels the growling of boxer engine alive :):):)

yup, boxer engines are some of the greatest sounding ever IMO...

The Aston DB7 Coupe made by Essatezza garage (in the tuning section). It's relatively expensive - maybe 400k fully tuned - but is well worth it. I did a brief review the other day and wrote:

By far the coolest thing about the car is the sound it makes. We spent the first couple of test laps giggling like schoolgirls whenever we hit third, fourth, NOS, anything really.

Good taste, PF 👍.

I was going to also say that the DB7 has a wonderful engine note, beaten only by the sound of three TVR's hunting down Mosler LM cars at Donnington or the rolling thunder of a Speed 12 at racing pace (but those examples are from real life and so not eligible :D).

Most cars have at least one decent sounding exhaust upgrade, so you just have to find the right one (if you don't like the stock sound). Personally, I don't mind sacrificing 5-10 hp with a sports or semi-racing system to have a car that sounds ten times better :)

its obviously the stock fiat panda no oil change or anything,

nah i like the skiyline GT-R Vspec LM edition '96 fully tuned except drivetrain

Fully tuned Nissan Skyline GT-R (R32, R33 and R34)
Fully tuned Toyota Supra!!!
and a Fully tuned BMW M5 at idle speed...... u can actually hear how lumpy the cam is!!!
Fully tuned Subaru WRX STI
Mazda RX-7 series VI-VIII

I say a fully tuned Chevrolet Corvette Z06 (C5) sounds like a monster!

I quite enjoy the Honda HSC Concept you get from completing the Type R meeting, love the V6 bark that thing makes..

Chaparral 2J '70, partly because the of the transmission. The fact there's only 3 gears makes the entire first gear sound like a jet engine firing up.
