I think Grindelwald is torture in a car that oversteers easily because the rear will slide constantly. I also hate Laguna Seca and its FÜCKING Corkscrew. Tahiti Maze is no fun either.

I only dislike Deep Forest. The rest of the tracks are just challenging enough to be interesting.
I do however, harbor some animosity re: Rallying. I'm a road-racer. I'm pretty fast rallying in GT2, but I'd rather be flogging the Calsonic Skyline around RR Valley.

I don't like Grindelwald too much(or maybe the Forest?). It doesn't really let you exploit a car's speed.

I LOVE tahiti. I know it better than the back of my hand.

Man, don't be hating so many courses!

Laguna's one of the best courses there is, simply because it's suited completely to muscle car style driving. Deep forest is also VERY cool, if you know the course. As for night courses, they sometimes make me mad but mostly i like em. Tahiti IS THE ONE AND ONLY if you wana make an awesome drift tape in rally mode. No other course offers so many drifting opportunities.:D :D

SS Rt 11 Reverse. Is that in GT2?
Thank god, no. Evil Track.

The only track I dislike is Rome Short (because the AI cheats) and Autumn Ring Mini because I never build up much of a rhythm there.

Tahiti Maze is okay once you get used to it, but if you're going to have a long course, then try to avoid placing 40 hairpin turns in it. (I suppose I'm going to hate Complex String with a passion one day!)

Lots of people hate Grindelwald, it's a quite the favorite of mine. A pity it's underused for high-horsepower events.

In GT3 SS Rt. 11 is not quite as bad. The section where you go down to a lower level street and have to make that ridiculous blind chicane is gone altogether, and replaced with a long straight on the same level as the rest. But it's still a pain.

I hate laguna seca because of the friggin corkscrew, but worse than that is that 2nd to last right-angled corner, you have to brake so hard to get round it and then the AI magically makes the other cars faster, (only my 360hp FIAT Coupe has managed that) and i hate Rome Short and both Seattle courses because the AI DOES CHEAT ON THEM!!:irked:
i love the night ones, and grindelwald, it takes getting used to, but once you know it well it's relatively easy:)

PS I never tried SS Route 11 on GT1 and thank friggin god it's not on GT2!!

Here's an interesting idea: slow down before you get to the corkscrew. It's insanely easy when you remember just that one point.

LS is a great track if you concentrate and drive smoothly. Cant say I much like trial mountain. Mainly cos it is so bumpy and im too lazy to fix the suspensions before I drive so, the handling goes to pot. Getting that first left/right is awesomely satisfying if you get it right. It is very much "the air up there" if you get it wrong :banghead:

the autumn mini course is farked like hell

the corkscrew is awsome cause u can get massive airs off it..but it is a sh$t when u go to fast.

and the buy who said rome circuits r gay...dude get stuffed...they offer good drifting oppurtunities on the 3rd turn and the 2 45 degree turns.

green forest roadway is a ****ty driftin curcuit compared to the maze.....

The AI isnt cheating, they're using better line of turn. Anyways, night time courses are horrible, agreed. So much glare and the graphics are so damn choppy too. Can't tell when a turn is comin up so i have to take it easy. My most disliked course EVER is : can't really think of one. I learned to appreciate and adapt to the course, not wait for the course to get easier. Sorry.

If you bothered to learn SS5, you would be handsomely rewarded. So great fast sweeps mixed with challenging bends. And not to mention it has the longest straight of any track in the game.

Rome night is less glary and the first sector is super. Taking the first 5 or 6 corners flat out is Real Satisfying.

PS AI taking better lines   [mental note: spin every time at turn 1 at Apricot; run onto the grass at turn 1 at midfield and spin continuously at cork screw]

I love Leguna Seca. It's my favorite track all time! Just go into arcade and do laps on it and you'll love it too. GT1 car, Skyline, 3rd Gen RX-7 and so many other cars feel like they were mad for that track. One thing though, don't take the Escudo unsless you know how to drive that course. I know how to drive that course and I know how to tune and my Escudo still won't beat my RX-7, Silvia, 99 GT-1 Race car, etc...

Red Rock is just boring.

When you´re after the green... it can become tedious.

Laguna seca used to be my nemesis. I couldn´t drive fast around it and didn´t like it one bit (probably cause I couldn´t drive fast). Now I constantly drive in it - for tunning and leisure porposes. Guess it´s like fashion.
