Rent! Its not an everyday thing, it makes more sense for him as he lives in a congested area. When he does buy, should be cash (time to save). People get all kinds of debt from leasing and financing, it only works out better when you're, let's say 20+ and without school debts.

Edit: I'm off till Jan 2, sooooooo.....I'll be on a lot more. I'll be on most of today too!

Edit: I was on last night but was grinding the latest seasonal for some cash. They have huge payouts, almost a mill a race before login bonus .
