My avvy is much better than all of yours. You know why? Yeah, that's right.

Thanks, glad to hear it brings a chuckle to people. :D

<=== less info is better than......

:)

I have the most conservative avatar.

I think my avatar is best.

I love it, and more importantly, IT WAS HUGE! :D

True. It seems to be inspired more by fighter jets than contemporary bombers, and in turn it influenced several other fighter jets, or at least bears a resemblance, even if slight. It is reminiscent of the Eurofighter Typhoon, the Saab JAS-39C Gripen C, and the MiG 1.42/1.44.

It was rather bold for a bomber; the similar Concorde and Tu-144 (closer to the XB-70's time) were SSTs, and the Sukhoi T-4 did not get very far in the testing process.

Though my avatar at the time of this post is correct for my username (Su-47), I think I will change it to this amazing plane.

P.S: It was a F-104 Starfighter flown by civilian pilot Joseph Walker that was involved in the accident.

Mangod has the best avatar.

And we shall show our respect for his good will upon us with our icons.

Bow to mangod

I want to have the best avatar but I can't find any.

What does -avatar- mean? I looked it up and there is no suitable explanation

This perhaps... look at number 2 and 3.

av·a·tar (āv'ə-tär') Pronunciation Key
n.

1. The incarnation of a Hindu deity, especially Vishnu, in human or animal form.
2. An embodiment, as of a quality or concept; an archetype: the very avatar of cunning.
3. A temporary manifestation or aspect of a continuing entity: occultism in its present avatar.

The first definition doesn't apply to the internets. Otherwise, it would smell like curry. OH SNAP!

So we'd have Currytars?

Sounds tasty :dopey:

-Smells- tasty :)

I has teh best avvie evar!

Well here is my new avie. Hope i don't get flamed for this..... :nervous:
(also hope that this is not a fad)

Well its from the 2nd episode from Top Gear, where they raced each other in an amphibian cars. Funny how James May couldn't even reach 10 meters away from the docks. It was even funnier when Clarkson hit May with his Nissan to "make him feel better"
