No. What you're seeing is the image from this link:

Basically, that link/image is what GTP recognizes as the user's current avatar after they upload it from their computer. It's dynamic. When Joel made that post, he was most likely using a Porsche-related avatar he uploaded or linked to (and thus would see that), but since he changed it to the guitar, you don't see his previous avatar anymore &#8211; you see the guitar.
