Wht car has the highiest rpm?

When the car is fully tuned, Wht car has the highest Rpm?(I'm not including fgt,x1 or f1)

I think out of those the F2007 gets the highest revs of them all. 18500 rpm to get the max power

X2010 maxes at 15000, F10 and FGT I can't remember, but they're both higher than the X2010's.

The Alfa Romeo touring revs quite high but I can't remember the figure off the top of my head.

The Spoon Civic EK has it's rev limiter at 12,500 rpm in manual gears, and the Spoon S2000 Race Car is around 10,500 rpm
