Why do others play online with SRF off

I was just curious, you said that you did the seasonals TT all the time and often within 2000-4000 rank in the world, well that link I posted earlier should have all your lap times, ranks and details of how you did them, unless light driver is not your PSN id ? Don't worry about it, it's just weird to me, that it does not add up.

I pushed the link, and was carried to a site Ive never seen before...I don`t know what PSN is??? - My online name is light driver....Or perhaps its light-driver with a - betwwen light and driver...hmmm This could be the answer...I`ll check it out next time I turn on my ps...And if my correct name is light-driver and not light driver, I will correct it at GTP - If I can hmmm **** I always do things wrong....

YES - I couldn`t wait checking, did it immidiatly, and my name IS light-driver, NOT light driver...Hope I can correct it on GTP....

You learn something new every day, relax, you did nothing wrong, PSN is your Playstation Network ID or basically your PS3 account name that you used to log on to get online. The website lists all records of GT5 seasonals leaderboard, a very good site for record tracking and referencing.

To change your PSN id detail on GTP, go to mygtplanet page, on the left pane, click on edit my details, scroll down to find your PS3 Network Gamer id box, edit it. Easy.

Your GTP name is still "Light driver" only GTP premium members can change their GTP name.
Your PSN name listed the the left has changed to "light-driver".

What's increased skill adjustment? I don't use TC though only abs 1 Does SRF add grip to tires is that why when it's off tires loose grip?

Basically you should practice more i/e Increasing your skill level. SRF isn't natural and shouldn't be taken seriously.

No, i don't buy that at all. Accidents happen wether deliberate or not. I would rather people use driving aids if they don't feel confident enough without them as it can also eliminate a lot of accidents. Oddly enough i get involved in more accidents that are not my fault in rooms where people don't allow driving aids because they think their bag of talent is brimming when really the bags empty. There's positives and negatives to everything and no one has a right to tell a total stranger that they shouldn't play their own game how they feel comfortable to.
For those of you that ever want a fair room where you are free to drive how you feel comfortable with, a room that has few accidents and fair rules then remember my user name and look out for me online.

I should be able to set my lobby options any way that I please. Should a player, used to using TCS, SRF, Active steering, etc enters my lobby, cant access these options then throws a hissy fit, reading me the riot act, thats disrespectful. Your presence wont make a difference in my room, amongst my friends, we wont lose sleep after your booted. Its quite petty to start a argument over how an individual sets up their race lobby.
