Since I have been doing skinning for Assetto Corsa a lot lately, I figured I'd update my Audi R8 LMS avatar with the 2016 Audi R8 LMS I skinned for Assetto Corsa. I kind of like this R8 LMS more than the other even though the one I designed for AC is more minimalist than the previous R8 LMS I skinned for GTR2. It actually comes from this:

Since gold is a color I often use as part of my color combination for my work, I was more than pleased to have everything done up in blue and gold. The amber lights on this car give the car a more menacing touch while remaining mostly elegant. Anyhow- that's where I got my latest avatar from.

I've had people actually PM me about my avatar. Kind of sad when no one knows.
I need to get a Trump face. Or a lampshade that looks like a stripper. Stuff that people remember.
I get really confused though when members change their avatars frequently - as Jordan once said, the avatar is our 'costume' or clothing, and when we change too often it takes away from the costume adding anything to your online personality. Jordan, himself, for instance, has had that Citroen as his avatar forever.
I had Senna for the longest time - when I was deeply into the Gran Turismo Forums - and before that alternated between groups of diecast cars, such as this:

I made a recent change to my avatar based on different lighting settings I've used in Content Manager for Assetto Corsa. Same car (2016 Audi R8 LMS), but now with lights on. The lights should be amber lights, but they are white lights on the ground.

I use this avatar to always remind me of the good times I had with really close lobby racing on GT6 in makeshift shuffle races. Even if, at rare occasions, due to connection and server issues, cars were flying through the air at incredible speed. Like my 1990 Infinti G20.

It is. I actually have found a few adults that understand it too.

I have this Avatar simply because the strict standing overhead barbell press -without leg drive, just a pure slow press- is my favorite exercise and even one of my favorite things to do in general.
I'm doing only 90kg in the picture though, which is just a warmup for 100kg presses and heavier.

Because; G11 is my (third German/H&K-manufactured) all-time favorite Tactical Doll, in Girls’ Frontline, next to G28 and G41.
Plus, a member of the 404 Squadron, in the game’s story. (And, often sleeps through missions. But, I still forgive her; compared to HK416 and UMP45, her abusers/squadron-members, in my opinion/point-of-view.)

What?
Avatars are always intriguing - until one understands where the user is coming from - then it's like a light goes on and that Ahha moment hits. I had to check out G11 to find out the connections - and BTW, I'm reading a whole hard-copy pile of Black Lagoon right now (ever read it?) and I'm sure Revy Two-Hand would make for a great avatar too.
Got to have both guns blazing though.
