See the this fails hard because you have no idea how much money the other guy has. Nice try however, besides that you can always find another room that is using cars in the class you have.
Doesn't that argument make duping for the use online meaningless as well? Unless you
need a hundred different high end cars to enjoy yourself. There's either no need to dupe to be prepared for online races, or there's no advantage in doing so.
I can hardly see how both would apply at the same time.
Good point..BUT, I have yet to read one good reason besides "I think it would take away from MY personal enjoyment of the game."
I can only speak for myself, but the "you can't play GT5 and have a real life if you don't dupe" and the "there's zero advantage due to duping, but it's needed to stay competitive online" arguments are more than enough reason for me to question duping.
I don't care about people duping because they want their stuff instantly. If they're some (in my opinion) faulty reasons to justify what they're doing, that actually makes me start to argue their point.
Especially the "can't have success in GT5 and a real life without duping" bit, as I am getting where I want to be on GT5, while my real life is still fine.
OK, Player B has every car. Player A only has a Ferrari P4. Now, player A goes to a race where the limits correspond to the stats of the P4. Where is the advantage?
So, having to find new players to run another race with a car player A has availabe, as opposed to Player Bjust whiping out another car that perfectly matches the regulations of a given room...
Sounds like Player B has an easier time, doesn't it?
having already payed for them when he or she payed dor the game
That's something i don't get, either. You're buying the game, basically the right to use the software on your disc and that's about it. Which means, you have the right to do what the software allows you to do.
The right to have everything at your disosal this instant isn't intrinsically linked to paying for the sofware itself, is it?
