Yea, that's my baby. My 3rd Miata now...I can't get enough of 'em.Mista BobDamn, is that a Mazdaspeed Miata CFM?![]()
CFM3 = 3.0 Liter engine
AzuremenToyota's codes work like so... AW11
A - Engine used = 4A-GE or 4A-GZE
W - Chassis
1 - chassis
1 - trim package
I just bought it a month ago and have driven it through 2 bouts of freezing rain and a small 2" or so of snow already. Goes right through like a champ, mostly due to it's porky weight. Actually it is much easier to drive so far than an old S-10 I used to drive for the winter several years ago. I live in the city and have only two 4-lane well plowed roads to get to work 8 miles away, so no major worries. If worse comes to worse, I can drive the wife's ProtogeGoombaNice cars there CFM, but isn't that 300ZX a RWD "winter" car? It just struck me as an odd winter car; most people have AWD for their winter cars. Although, almost anything is better for the winter than a Miata.

For a FWD budget compact, the protoge is very nice and handles surprisingly well. Don't sell your WRX for a Mazda 3, though. You'll be disappointed in the power for sure. Not to mention the WRX is way cooler. The 3 does have a fairly strong engine with nice low-end torque. (We drove one at the dealer last summer along with a Mazda 6 V-6 5-speed, and an RX-8 6MT, all very nice cars).The Mazdaspeed 3 will probably kick ass, tho.GoombaHahaha. I sort of forgot about the 300ZXs being such a big car.
Really don't like the Protoge, eh? I always liked that car, and wanted the Mazdaspeed before I got my 2.5RS. And hell, if I would save more than $20 on insurance, I would sell the WRX for the Mazda 3. Buuuut, bleh.
Anywho, very nice garage you've got there. I like 'em both.
Have you run the Miata through the track or autocross yet?

The MSM will be autocrossed next year, as when I got it the Auto-X season was 2/3rds over and I wanted to get the engine broke in a bit before really thrashing it. The 300 ZXT is for the local 1/4 strip this summer too.Good times all summer!
Btw, I know you Auto-X, but have you ever ran your WRX at the Strip? if so, what kinda times you getting?
