Why???

I was tweaking gears on my Rx7 when I noticed an option that doesn't make sence, 7'th gear.

Why is there a 7'th gear option?

The only car in GT3 that has a 7th gear is the Lamborghini Diablo. The only way to get it is to download it with a sharkport. Actually, you can get it here, right from GTPlanet. I forget where though

Well, you didn't have to download it for the Japanese version. They were going to put it other versions but ran into licensing problems (read 'EA').

When the people made a big deal about the Copyright junk they made the people take the car out of the game. But...they made it were where you could get the car but you couldnt win it. They didnt want to lose that car. Ever wonder why the car was all made up. Sharkport and game shark you can create hybrids but not totally new cars. SO the car was in the game so why take out the 7th gear option

Ah ok thanks guys. but right there's one thing i hate, in real life the diablo doesn't have 7 gears, so why do it in a game?

because it the Diablo that was supposed to be in the game is the "Race" version so it has 7 gears!LOL!
