Wich cars do you think that are the most under/overrated?

I'm not seeing where the X2010 is overrated. "Overrated" would suggest that people make it out to be better than it is. That isn't possible. The X2010 simply blows every other car out of the water, no matter where you take it. There's no track on which the FGT, Veyron, F2007, F10, et cetera ever beat the X2010. If it's every bit as godly as they say, it's not overrated but properly rated. Not personally liking it or hating to see so many people fawn over it doesn't make it overrated.

Like anybody that knows anything about cars and racing, I'm definitely going with the Veyron as the most overrated. As has probably been illustrated in replies that I never bothered to read, the car looks fantastic on paper but isn't worth a bucket of monkey crap in most races and can generally be beaten by several other high-end cars. There isn't even very many places on Earth where it can reach its top speed, but no shortage of places where its terrible cornering comes into play.
Yeah, we're sharing the same brain. 👍 Give it back when you're done, ok? I have some math to do.

Underrated: Cusco Dunlop Impreza, wonderful to drive, even if it is only a 375bhp at max tuning
👍 This is the kind of car that you can really push, and there are a few race cars like this in the game -- mid-range power, great handling, and can be driven aggressively without losing control.

With the outrageous amount of ppl xxing on Veyron it's not overrated at all.

Must be one of those kids...lol.....j/k

Overrated: Veyron, cause it cant corner at all. Only good for dragging.

Underrated: I kinda like the Toyota GT-One Race Car. It corners good, gets up to speed fast, and just looks cool:sly:

Overated: Redbull X1 or the Enzo stock

Underated: Mazda Atenza fully tuned, handles the dream and got 400 hp.

Heres mine.

I think the TZ2 is overrated as a driving experience. It's too docile and easy to drive. I was taking it around Laguna last night and you can exit corners with the pedal mashed to floor and it doesn't move around at all. Maybe it becomes interesting with different tyres, but with the racing hards it comes with, it's fairly boring, if deceptively quick.

That only means that you're not pushing it hard enough. Every car has its limit! :)

The fact that you CAN push it so much is what makes it so great. If you're not getting it to its limit, you're missing the experience. :)

Underrated: Ford Focus ST '06, Lotus Esprit V8 '02, and the Honda MUGEN MOTUL CIVIC Si Race Car '87 (just an awesome ride!)...

Overrated: Veyron (all the little kids use it "cause it goes fast!!!")

Overrated: No doubt, the Veyron. I love it though:)
Underrated: Well, basically nobody cares about these cars that are something...unexpected. Not in any specific order:
1 - Mitsubishi CZ-3 Tarmac - tune it, put some slicks, and then come and tell me the result:sly:
2 - Peugeot 205 Turbo 16 - tune it, drive it, love it:)
3 - Chrisler PROWLER - Or I'm very stupid, or this 428HP machine is faster than GT500:sick:
4 - Ford KA - It pumps 233HP!!! :sick::lol:
5 - Honda Element - First Impression: :yuck:. Second impression : :yuck: Final impression: :yuck: <- Visual. Fully tuned performance -> The fastest toaster I ever seen...
6 - Ford RS200 - WTF I though this was useless
7 - CELICA TRD Sports M - A dream with 4 wheels, I though I was druck when I drove this stock (not because of bad driving, but with 200HP and performing like a train...and now with 315HP, you will see :scared:

Hope you enjoy them:)

over...Veyron, hate that car.

i don´t know if it`s under, but i love the impreza 05'RM, what an amazing machine.

Also the japan super gt cars, like the calsonic gt-r are amazing!!

oohh!! yes the Motul civic, another amazing car, impressive FWD!!!

Overrated: Red Bull X2010...too many
Underrated: BMW Z4 '03 (great fun for drifting!) Most people already posted other favorite underrated cars. Love that blue Atenza! What's the paint chip?

Defintively the most Overrated is the Veyron.

However the X2010 ovverrated it is not, it is the best and it takes quite a bit of skill to drive well(as in accurate and fast).

Underrated: The Lotus Espirit '02, the ZZII, the 2J, ALL of the DTM cars(which can take even the F1 and even some faster cars, although with proper driving). The Mercedes 190E-Evo II, TF160, Wedsport Celica, ASL Gaiayria(SP), The GT300 Silvia, RS200.

This is from stock however, with modifications quite a few cars become more manageable. I don't think it would be fair to factor in modified cars because then almost ALL cars could fit into underrated.

I can't really say that a car is overrated, if it wins races then it's living up to it's name. Over used on the other hand, there are a few, like the X1 and Veyron.

Underrated
MR2 1600 G '86: Everybody goes for the Supercharged, but when both are tuned for 450pp, I actually prefer the Turbo-ed MR2.
AE86: For some reason I never see this car, but man is it a blast to drive. Turbo-ed, Supercharged, or the NA monster S. Shigeno, it's a great drive.

Over: Mazda Furai, Nissan R89 race car -I just got a lot of people mad. Sorry guys. The Furai gets unpredictable and does not have proper throttle response. The R89 just doesn't take corners as well as GT-ONE, Minolta, or any other race cars in its class. a lot of folks love these 2, just not for me. Again, just my humble opinion.

Under: Mazda RX8 LM, the green and orane one. Handles and drives just as well as the M3 GTR Race Car and FTO Super Touring. Another car that's amazing fully tuned is the '86 or is it '89 Mitsubishi Galant VR4. I just needed an '80s car to complete the Seasonal Event and since I do not have a single '80s car in my 150+ car garage, I had to buy this in the UCD. Stumble upon a gem. Highly recommend these 2 cars.

Underrated: Lexus IS-F DTM concept '08 (can't remember the real name since my PS3 is not on right now)
Jeep SRT8

Underrated - TA22 CELICA.

Honestly, I've never driven a more enjoyable car before. It's great!

Just got mine from ucd finally. It took ages to show up but looking for it really paid off, it's so good to drive and looks fantastic!

I think that the group C cars and the GT-One are overrated.

I seriously doubt that a Toyota 88C could match the pace of an 2010 908. Seriously, the Group C cars barely managed lap times of 3:17 (record is 3:15.04 with a XJR9) on the circuit, which had NO chicanes on the main straight back then, they were added in 1990 IIRC.
The GT-One only did a 3:29.930 in 99.

The 908 did a 3:18.513 last year.

In GT5, the 908 is just a slightly bit superior to the GT-One and 88C. Furthermore, the 908 should have huge advantages in terms of fuel usage or tire wear.

Underrated - Ferrari F430

People usually go for the Scuderia version instead.
Completely true. I've only seen the F430 once online.

Overrated cars, definitely the Supra RZ. It's just not that good.

how much power do you want for supra rz ??

with 725 hp its faster than cars with 0ver 800 hp

i'm sorry but its overratted

I think the formula gran turismo is overated, the handling kills me, I would rather drive a f2007 or x1.
I think the lambourghini bertone is underated. This car is just pure fun. I like the way it almost tips over or takes corners on two wheels.:tup:I also like the lexus ISF Racing Concept, car handles the Nurburgring like a charm.

I have 2, one is stock for pure driving enjoyment, the other is a low JDM style version.

I personally found it more fun than the Scuderia.
