Will PD release any product to co-exist with Forza Horizon?

The problem with PD is that they have been talking about a lot of features like open world driving, livery editor, cars costumization and nothing happens... on the other hand T10 dont do much talking and voila an open world racer is on the horizon... (see what I did here)

No of course not. But Yamauchi talks to much in my opinion. He is like Peter Molyneux (Developer of Fable,...)

I think we will not See a "Opponent" for Forza Horizon.
PD will hopefully work 100% on GT6 and Add more Content and fulfil Yamauchi promises.
PD does not have the staff to do 2-3 huge Project and they are behind in Terms of cars and other things.

Turn10 is much bigger and only Supports the Horizon Development. The Game is created by a New Studio with people from SMS, Codemaster,...

I can't See a Studio make a "GT Horizon", because all known Racing Developer have Enough to work on.

A PS Vita Version and GT6 Prologue are quit realistic.

That would mean PD having to outsource to another studio, and Kaz is never going to allow that.
