And what about the Ferrari 637?

Even GT5P is very limited to its options when it comes to real F1 cars and you have the F2007 mainly duo to the fact that Sony still has that year (2007) to fill with a F1 game. So why not using with GT5P and later with GT5.

SONY's rights expired 12/31/2007.
Fairly certain that the "F1 License" SONY had for an F1 game covered F1 Season 2006, and since F1 CE came out in 2007, they had until Jan 1, 2008 to tweak the game.

I think PD's Ferrari license was not for "F1" in general
